Went there this am at 605 am . No lights on the exterior went to the lobby and ordered had to wait 10 minutes for order and when I got home the biscuits and gravy were not separated and cold the muffins were not well done as ordered but were marked well done . So I called the store talked to Nicole and was informed that is how they do it per corporate office and she hung up ... Terrible food terrible service and ultra terrible customer service when calling to inform them so a fail in all levels ...order 209. At 607 am. On 12_06 2024 . Already don't want to eat the hamburgers and now the breakfast is terrible.

I usually have to repeat my order for 2 sausage muffins 6 times.
I just watched one of the most amazing heartwarming exchange between an employee and a customer or a coworker. She excitedly greeted a young man who had walked in who kinda looked down. Asked if he had gotten a haircut and how good it looked and he lit up smiling and she kinda happily danced her way back to work big smile on her face ! This made mine and my daughter's day!!! 🥰All the loves and feels.

This location is advertised as 24 hrs but it’s actually not. They don’t serve you 24 hrs. The employees will be smoking in the parking lot at 2:30am but say that they don’t work there when asked. They place trash cans in the drive through so that you won’t order. Don’t go to this location.
The service at this location is terrible after 6:00 at night wait in the Drive-Thru for more than 10 minutes for somebody to finally recognize that you're there but you have to call the location to let them know that you're there in the Drive-Thru then when getting the food you have to then wait in the Drive-Thru overflow area another 10 to 15 minutes for them to bring your food out to you and then it's cold

Not good. This morning I had to leave when the cashier kept trying to charge me for the coffee that comes with my meal. A couple of days ago the same person rang up my eat-in order as to-go and tossed a sack on the table where I sit. I told her it was eat in and she said, “sorry”, and walked away. I had to go get my own tray (without a liner) and get someone to get my coffee. They’ve hired the stupidest person I’ve ever tried to order from. When you have to walk away, that’s bad. It’s worse that they let you walk out.”
