Today I lost one coffee because the guy who serve the coffee was trying to fill the cup and the lid felt on his hand and the cofre was in the hand and then in the cup , I said I did not want that coffee he did not care , and he said there’s no more coffee and I just left .

The worst McDonald’s location. Order is wrong or items forgotten every single time and I always have to park and go inside after going through the drive thru each time.

The employees were great but they lack knowledge generally, of the McDonalds mobile application and the online website. Yes they are familiar w the application but they have no single subject matter expert for those of us with extensive questions on procedures and options for account management. I really do not like that we can't opt for Cash payment when we're at the window. If I'm wrong we'll that is also what the employees told me.
Kid-friendliness: It's always kid friendly but there is no play place.
Wheelchair accessibility: They are all wheel chair accessible. I've tried most of those spots usually out of laziness or cold weather avoidance and they are all decent and unidfo m.

Called asked if I could order my food that I wanted because it was 45 mins tell breakfast an got told yes made it it up there in 5 mins then told me they were closed tell breakfast even though they just told me I could on the phone

Messed up a very simple order, a spicy McChicken sandwich and a regular McChicken sandwich which didn't receive either on instead got a grilled chicken sandwich with nothing but pickles on it and the other was a grilled chicken sandwich with some sort of sauce on it, the only thing they got right wad the 2 small French fries. Shouldn't be to hard to get a simple order right.
