We ended up stopping here around 3:25am, we have stopped here this early before and have had no problems, however today we were told that their lunch/dinner options were no longer ready, because they were getting breakfast ready?? Breakfast doesn't begin until 5am but ok, we asked for breakfast items, and then we were told those were not ready aswell, we were then given the option to buy chicken nuggets or mckchickens, clearly that they had already cooked and just had sitting there, so we left.

Came in Monday night 9pm the adults and these young kids were amazing fast service and check in to make sure we good. Been having a rough time and it was great to see that and have that. Thank yall for your work.

Placed an order because the store was showing open 24 hours, turns out they aren't and had the drive-thru blocked. Now I gotta wait three days (allegedly) to get my money back. I actually wanna add that at this location specifically for ordering online you get treated like dogwater period. Order is almost never correct, they give you attitude, its actually ridiculous.

Order through Uber eats. Forgot 10 piece nuggets and had a small fry when ordered large. Is fast food jobs really that damn hard??
I am not one to make a review often but so help me. When it is freezing outside and I just want a hot cocoa, and it comes to me HALF full and JUST STEAMED MILK. I may be entitled to throwing a small tantrum in the review section. The first time I got it, it was full of just steamed milk. Luckily, I had hot cocoa mix to add to it, and it was ok. However, this time it was half full, even though I paid $2 extra for the damn large. AND IT WAS STEAMED MILK AGAIN. So respectfully, get yourselves together and learn how to fill the damn cup and put cocoa powder in it. Otherwise, the burrito was fine and the hashbrown was a little cold.

Food was okay but being told I need to leave because I'm making people feel uncomfortable when that didn't happen and one of their staff members threatened me well now then play knows that he threatened me and he's lucky that I have been hit on my shoulders and I will settle it at court cuz I've been anybody else they probably wouldn't knock his head completely off his shoulders

Got my drink wrong, didnt fill it to the top either so I'm paying for a large and only getting a medium basically and lastly the manager there has no idea what customer service is.

Holy crap it's hard to tell you how bad this one is just because of McDonald's in the bad part of town doesn't mean that McDonald's has to be bad but in this case this McDonald's is absolutely rude the food is sub-par compared to other McDonald's if you can avoid this place do avoid it there's another McDonald's right down the street I recommend you go to that one over this one avoid this one at all costs
