Me and my friend came to get food here about 30mins ago. We both ordered mobile orders (separate) I ordered a quarter ponder and a large fry, she ordered a mcchiken and large fry with two packets of sweet and sour sauce she likes to dip her fries in (which you pay extra for). I got my food and then they made us pull into a stall for her mcchiken, fry and sweet and sour sauces. We pulled into the stall and were waiting 10mins and a worker came out with the wrong food and asked us about it and we told her what all was on it and she just said hmm and went back inside. 5 minutes later she comes out with it finally and not my friends sauce. My friend and me decided to just go in and grab it (not mad at all). We walk in and swear I heard the worker say something like “what now?” and my friend asked politely for her sauces and that she didn’t get them. The worker goes “wasn’t it just a mcchiken” and my friend said “it was a mcchiken, large fry and two sweet and sour sauces” the worker makes a judgy face and grabbed the sauce to give her and says “next time just be specific about the sauce” and my friend goes “well it was on the my mobile order?” All confused by what she means and the worker started going off and as my friend walked out saying “it was on my mobile order I just wanted my sauces” the worker yells “stay mad ahahaha” like ??? Be specific on the sauces??? She paid for the sauce and just wanted them with her food why does it matter?? And aren't you the one who was mad first having all that attitude over some sauces? That you forgot and we still were polite and came in to get.

This is now been probably the fourth time I’ve gone to this location 30 minutes to closing time and they pretend that no one is in the restaurant and do not answer the drive-through. They just sit there and ignore you so they don’t have to take orders.

Triple check your order if it's customized at all. They're too braindead and cracked out here to listen to your order and then will get mad at you because they couldn't listen, even though every other location can simply understand what plain means.

My mom and I came to get breakfast at 10:10 am and the manager said their breakfast starts at 10:30am. There were other people eating breakfast and we even told her that we come around the same time to get breakfast. She had an attitude and just told us to wait. I had to go ask another worker if they were serving breakfast and they were. They stop doing breakfast at 10:30am and the manager said they start at that time. The manager's name is Mayra and she is Hispanic. Awful experience
Always and I mean always check your order. You pay a premium and expect to get your food. Don’t let them eat your food. Ordered a double quarter pounder and got no patties. This is what you get for using this Franchise.

For me it was an extremely good experience, the lady who assisted me was always willing to assist me. She speaks English and Spanish and it was very easy for me to communicate with her.
