Just went to this McDonald's and I got chicken nuggets for my grandkids. My grandson gags on it says it's nasty I look at it and the are raw. Thanks McDonald's u trying to give my grandkids food poisoning. They just suck. They always screw something up. I'm done on this location.

Gig app delivery driver here. I have had to walk out on lots of orders before because they were taking too long. Happens at least once or twice a week. But this location created a new low in customer service for me as a driver--I walked out on an order that I'm pretty sure was ready.So I get there, and the first staff member who sees me asks me what I'm waiting on. I give the last three numbers of the order number (this is the procedure at McDonalds). I can see the bag with the order number on the back counter, and it is open with a staff member bagging it up. Staff member who greeted me says "Looks like they are bagging it up now." Ok, no big deal. Staff member at the back bags the order, back turned to the two delivery drivers standing in the lobby waiting on orders, seals up the one with my number, walks off.New staff member sees me at the mobile order counter, asks me what I'm here for. I give the order number and point to the sealed bag behind the counter. She looks at me, points at the bag, (I think) confirming the order...and walks off.THIRD staff member (fourth if you count the one assembling the orders but ignoring the drivers) comes up. I give the order number. Staff member turns back to me, points toward the sealed to-go orders, and just starts acting clueless, like they can't find not only my order but like they have gone blind and can't locate the two sealed orders that are waiting on the two drivers in the lobby. I'm trying to not to raise my voice, but it's like, the order is done, it is six feet from me, and I can't find the magic code to get one of staff to quit socializing with each other and hand me a bag. This staffer finally hands off the bag and then says "I think there's another bag with this one." (1) The order is small, so no there isn't. (2) If there were, McDonald's has a system for that where they mark the labels, and this one wasn't. (3) If that one bag was only a partial order, staff is supposed to tell me that without handing me the partial order.Time is money, and this $6 order wasn't worth enough for me to do both my job and theirs. So I cut my losses, dropping what was probably a completed order going right around the corner, and left.I'm not sure if gig app customers can choose locations when ordering from a chain. If you live near this location and can choose your location, I would advise choosing a different location when ordering. This one just doesn't care about app orders. At all.

I ordered through the mobile app like I usually do and I picked it up at At the counter. There were two people waiting in front of me, and I don’t even know if they were originally addressed or not on whether or not they got their Order. When I got home, I noticed that one of my sandwiches was not what I asked for so I went back. I showed them my receipt and I asked them to remake my sandwich. When I got back home and opened up my order, I noticed that my sandwich was a mess. I think the two people who were nice to me at this place but to the people who are preparing the food they either need to do a better job or get out of Working in fast food. They quality on making their sandwiches has not been excellent. Any time that I have visited this place.

Tried ordering thru DoorDash. Called to confirm if they had an item, and they didn't. Then after I ordered, I found out they weren't taking DoorDash orders, so I had to cancel my order and go somewhere else ?
