Must try the infamous bob. I have been hooked on this sandwich since I discovered it working at Town East Mall when I was in high school. ?

Do NOT order the steak. Overpriced crap.1) Say it's a NY Strip, it seemed like a chuck steak, extremely poor quality2) Literally 1 cm thick3) Ordered medium rare and was well done without even having a nice seer on the outsideI couldn't finish it, it was that badThe steak was a -3 star but the potatoes and two pieces of asparagus were decent so brought the average up to 1.

The chili on my Texas dog didn't look good. The Texas dog was just ok. I also ordered a slice of oreo cheesecake and it was delicious.

Just happened to stumble on this place and what a find. Service was fantastic, friendly and efficient. Prices were very good. Very clean inside. Had a chicken Caesar salad. Was very good with fresh grilled seasoned chicken. Thoroughly enjoyed.

First time at the Metro Grill today! My wonderful experience started off with a warm and friendly greeting from the cashier, with a recommendation to get my Chicken Caprese "spicy." Sure, I can handle some kick! The peppers were a little too spicy for me, but easily removable and left a subtle heat behind. The CC was fantastic by itself. The bread was crunchy and chewy, and all the tastes were there:Herby basil, tangy balsamic, savory chicken, tomatoes and cheese (pretty sure it was mozzarella). I also tried the tomato basil soup which may have been the best I've ever had. The soup came with a warm, crusty piece of bread. The ambience inside leaves something to be desired, but there was plenty of seating and room.

Poblano soup was awesome. Service was very good. The ambiance is lacking. The location is cool. Right on the corner. But the inside decor needs some help.

I decided to try Metro Grill for lunch today. I ordered the Infamous Bob Sandwich, and wow, it was amazing. It's a $12 sandwich, I paid $4 to add fries, so it's not a cheap place, but it's totally worth it. Be prepared to spend $20+ per person. The sandwich needs a side for a meal. I spent $19.53 without a drink.

I am so glad, he is back. I used to be a loyal patron since his time at the East Side Mall. The food is stil like I remember, cooked from the heart, and with passion

Excellent food. I had the chicken caprese sandwich. Very tasty and cooked perfectly. Bread was nice and toasty. My wife had the Real Cuban sandwich, once again very tasty and the pickles didn’t overpower the sandwich like Cubans I have had at other restaurants. The bread was also toasted perfectly. We also had fried plantains which we both liked.

I visited Metro Grill on Thursday March 23rd around 2:00 p.m. It wasn't very busy. The fire department inspectors showed up while I was eating. I purchased the Original Cubano and asked for the hot peppers to be put on the side. The price of the sandwich alone was a little over $11. My first impression is that the sandwich was fairly small The bread of the sandwich was just all right. What really caught my attention was how dry the pork was. I had to take the peppers off of the sandwich because the gentleman making the food evidently forgot about my request to have them on the side. Overall I would give my experience a three stars. The sandwich was small for the price the pork was dry and they did not listen to my request to have the peppers on the side. Doubtful that I will return. So far the best Cubano I've had has been at the Metro Bistro in Andover. I would recommend it.
