We always go eat in person, we don't have problems then. Everytime we order to go, they always mess up our order, like 5 times something is always missing, wrong orders. So this past weekend my husband decided to check the order right there on the counter. So many things were wrong, missing guac, missing tostada, missing extra tortillas, 3 other orders were there, then they take everything back to fix it, when we get home, one of the meals went missing. I called to complain, this was the first time I complained. The young lady apologized, she said come in and get your meal. I called back 2 days later, This man answers, I mentioned I wanted 2 meals, 1 that I was missing and 1 for my troubles, the man hangs up on me, I call back he keeps talking over me and repeated 3 times do you want to order, hangs up again. then when I called back, I got the supervisor, he's very rude, told me he would give me 1 and I had to pay for the 2nd meal. I told him that is the least they should do, he says ok, then hangs up on me, I called back again and said I don't want queso on my food. He hangs up on me again. When my daughter went to pick it up, they wanted to charge me for 1 meal, they go the supervisor involved again and they started laughing and whispering then said it was OK to take both meals, raising his voice and upset. I would like to speak to the owner, I wonder if he knows the people he has working for him and how they treat the customer when they screwed up to begin with.

10/13/2024, Lunch at 2pm. Was seated, given chips and salsa rhen waited over 15 minutes for someone to take our drink and meal orders. Male staff finally came over and asked if anyone has taken our drink order. Me and other half said no. Staff member took other half's drink order then walked away. Not taking my order. I got his attention and asked what about my order. Just excuses and he then told someone else to assist us. Waited another 15 minutes for our drinks. Manager finally came by and we explained what happened. Other half looks Mexican and I am white as they come. I hope this was not the reason for them to ignore taking my order. Won't be returning.
