The Finale was a fantastic sandwich filled with plenty of sliced angus beef and sliced oven roasted chicken. It was shared with two and I felt it was plenty. The creamy cranberry jalepeño sauce was a perfect sweet heat. It had a pastrami feel with a spin. The bread held the sauce and didn't get soggy before I finished. I hope to see this one again. Oh and to top it off, this was served on NYE at Central Standard Brewing.
Got the giant chicken/beef "Finale" sandwich at the pop up tonight at CSB. Delicious and filling, the bread was soft but crisp and the sandwich stayed together while I ate it (weird, but a definitely plus).
I cannot support or recommend them enough! Friendly, fast service, accommodating, and their food is out of this world. Unique, original dishes but nothing misses. Perfect every time! ♥️
