All the food tastes like prepackaged, pre-made Sysco stuff with no real seasoning or effort put in. For the price they’re charging, it’s ridiculous. Nothing feels fresh or made with care — definitely not worth what they’re asking. They seriously need to do better for this price point.

The food was outstanding and the service was spot on. The manager was delightful and was very attentive. It atmosphere was relatively quite even though the restaurant was full. We will go back again and again.

Went for an anniversary dinner and had super high hopes. Our server took forever to greet us but was around our table multiple times. Our drinks took forever, our whole meal took forever. Our server would make strange comments to us about the pace but never really apologized. He said it was busy but the other tables around us were moving much quicker. I work in service and I have as much empathy as the next for a busy Friday night. I guess I just expected more. The food was just ok. If experience can’t make up for the food then no reason to come back and try again. Super disappointed. Better options and better service elsewhere.

We had a great experience dining with our friends this evening at Napoli. The food and service were both great. Our server Arianna was attentive and fun.

Don’t go if relying on reservations or if you need additional accommodations for someone in a wheelchair.
Made reservations for 6 with specific request for a table with easy access and room for a wheelchair. Reservation confirmed by Napoli.
When we arrived of course they didn’t have reservation on books and didn’t have a table prepared for someone with a wheelchair. It was a 5:30 reservation and the restaurant was largely empty - so you would assume it wouldn’t be an issue.
Well Napoli and their manager on duty found a way to make it a problem. They tried to place our party of six at a smallish table for six where when we pulled up the wheelchair - only one person could sit on the same side - meaning 4 adults would have to sit on the other side which would be impossible. When this was pointed out to the manager, he said “I have sat there with 6 people before.”
Completely oblivious to the fact we had someone in the wheelchair and the entire dining room was empty so a tabletop for 4 and one for 2 could have easily been put together with no effort or issue. So when we indicated we would need to leave if they were going to force us to sit at a table that was too small for our party - the manager on duty was unmoved.
So service would have been a negative star if possible. This is a shame because the food has always been good when we have been there before but shocked Napoli would treat someone in a wheelchair like this.
Thank you for a wonderful dinner! Our server, Oliver, was very attentive and kind, and we really enjoyed our meal. We shared two sourdough loaves, which were fantastic. I had two appetizers for an entree - the Brussels sprouts and the raviolis. The combination was a nice complete meal. My son ordered his favorite, the spaghetti negro. It’s so good!
Enjoy!

Ate here twice recently. Excellent food and service, authentic Italian, with a good atmosphere. A great experience, both times. Not very expensive either.

Food was amazing. I got the bolognese hand made pasta. Non mojito and tasted just like mojito just without the alcohol flavor.

This restaurant delivers an experience that surpasses expectations. The chicken Alfredo is a standout dish silky, balanced, and masterfully executed. The sauce achieves the rare combination of being rich without feeling heavy, coating each strand of pasta in a way that enhances rather than overwhelms. The chicken was tender, perfectly seasoned, and integrated seamlessly into the dish rather than feeling like an afterthought. Every element spoke of precision and care.
Service mirrored the quality of the food. The staff operated with polished attentiveness, striking that fine balance between professionalism and warmth. Timing was impeccable plates arrived at the right pace, water glasses never went empty, and there was a genuine sense of pride in what was being served.
The restaurant itself carries an understated charm inviting yet elevated creating a setting where comfort and refinement meet. For those seeking Italian cuisine that respects tradition while delivering excellence, this establishment sets the bar high. The chicken Alfredo alone is worth the visit, but combined with the caliber of service, it becomes a dining experience to remember.

I have very mixed feelings about Napoli after my first visit last night. Good cocktails, good food, and good service. My wife and I even talked about bringing our kids back when they come in town. This was all until the check came and there was a 3% “adversity surcharge” added to the bill. When I questioned the waiter as to what this was he said the management had not explained to them what it was but they were told just to tell the customer that it was a surcharge on both food and alcohol. When I pressed him as to what it was for he said he had no idea. I probably should have asked for a manager to get answers but instead i took the equivalent amount out of the tip and left. It is not about the $2.50 added to the bill but rather about that this is a pure cash grab in my opinion. I am sure the explanation would have been about effects of inflation blah blah blah but if you need to raise your prices then raise your prices. Do not sneak surcharges onto the bill hoping people won’t notice. Didn’t look to see if this was stated in fine print on menu or if there was a small notification posted somewhere near front door that they do this but for me it was a very unpleasant surprise to end the meal and walked away with very negative thoughts about the restaurant.
Great food friendly service

The absolute best! I would choose Napoli's first, hands down. Everything I've had there is fabulous, along with service with a smile. A must try.
