Great food, use to be a little too spicy even when u want a medium temp. Now, The spice is perfect!!! I'm happy and so is my daughter. Nice and quiet atmosphere and so so service. The place does need to be clean, I have seen a mice running around before and freaked me out cause I hate mice, that was my first now there a while ago. Now a few years later I just order from home and pick up and the service is better now as well with the pick up service. So I will stay with that!!!

New Paradise Biryani Pointe, 1648 S. Rock Road in Wichita — Eighteen violations on Nov. 12 during an inspection that was a follow-up to an administrative order. Bowls stored in direct contact with dry seasonings and rice, significant build-up of food debris in a walk in cooler, sauce was stored with scoop inside food, blocked hand-washing sink in kitchen, gaps and holes in back exit door, lamb meat in reach in cooler was not cold enough, food debris and grease on floor and in kitchen, dirty towels and equipment, rice is infested with weevils, containers of onion and flour were stored on the floor, sheet of dough was stored “very close to the floor and employee’s shoes,” cockroach crawling on floor by dishwasher, rodent feces through restaurant including on dough mixer and inside of a clean frying pan, restaurant couldn’t show inspector any records proving they had recently had pest control treatment, dirty brooms and hose stored by kitchen door, food seasonings spilled on floor, no lids on containers of dry seasonings, raw eggs weren’t kept cold enough, several containers of lamb and sauce weren’t labeled with their preparation dates, curry seasoning was stored in a trash bag instead of a food-grade container, dead mouse and several cockroaches were on sticky traps and dead cockroaches were on the floor, restaurant was storing a pot and cloth bag in a hand-washing sink. Next inspection: Jan. 12.

There was about 10 of us, who came strolling in to this restaurant last night, the woman working there was very sweet and pushed a couple tables together for us, she was so helpful and friendly, the food came out, one by one, and everything we tried, was beyond delicious, we had such a great time, I can't wait to go back.

Great food and great service! Chicken tikka masala always warms me up from the inside! Tonight was the first time we tried saag paneer and we will be ordering it again in the near future. Oh and naan, give me all the naan!

First time eating here and I must say... the food was incredible, the staff courteous and helpful, and we had an overall pleasant experience. Portions were quite good for the price. The sauce used in the butter chicken is simply amazing. We'll definitely be visiting them again!

Ordered several servings of Saag Paneer Veg Curry. Found the entrees uneatable. Have ordered this dish from others and this one was more oil than spinach. Would not recommend this dish. After contacting the restaurant about this, I would not order from this restaurant again..

Staff were friendly. I ordered carry out and the order was easy. However it took significantly longer to get my order ready. I assume it took 45+ minutes to get my food. It appears that restaurant get more carry out than dining in and some food delivery folks were waiting along side with me as well.

Regarding food, quantity was sufficient and actually more than generally one get for the price. Quality is good as well (I suggest that they should remove chaat as it is Mumbai speciality and chef probably doesn’t know how to make it the best). Food was delicious and plenty. Price was reasonable.

Unless the restaurant improves the turnaround time, they may not get many five star ratings. Best wishes.

Dashers have to wait hours to pick up orders because this people always press food ready when it will be ready in hours later. Waiting time is insane.

If you don't pay in advance, don't expect your food to be ready when they say it will be. I was told food would be ready in 15 minutes. 45+ minutes later, knowing from previous experience that their estimate is wrong, I show up and told "2 more minutes, you can pay now". I won't pay when my food was supposed to be ready half an hour ago, until my food is ready.

You have my name and account, I've never not shown up. If I'd shown up when you said my food would be ready, I would have been sitting in my car, wasting gas, for over half an hour.

The only reason we keep coming back is because the food is 💥 but do better with your timing!!
