This is our favorite spot for sushi. The food is always fantastic, but service is usually not great. Today Taylor waited on us, and service was absolutely amazing! Taylor was friendly, outgoing, great with my grandkids, extremely fast and professional.

I have a special needs child that can't eat sushi. Shitty ass place, been here multiple times with my kids and brought outside food to feed my son. . And this time we come in they said no outside food or drink and say we had to leave. Will never come back to this place and would like to have a conversation with the owner as you have to have a manager on shift and there was no manager on shift

1st time to this Ninza and just like the other one it doesn't let you down. Ordered the Angel, the Under the Sea, and the Surprise me rolls and was beyond impressed. The Surprise me did let us down.

We went to the one on the east side we had gone in about an hour-hour half before closing. They were rushing us out they made it hard to eat cause they were just sitting there watching us eat the servers were. We also had to continuously ask for refills on our drinks.

We ordered food here tonight and someone else came and picked up our order. Apparently whoever came and picked it up called and said they grabbed the wrong food and were going to bring it back. We were told that the chef wanted us to take the returned food INSTEAD of them making new food! What?! We just spent $100 on this order and because you don’t feel like making it again after someone else grabbed it, we take home food that’s already been opened at someone’s else’s house? No thanks. Won’t be going back.

Got Doordash today for lunch and we didn't care for it. The rice was hard and the shrimp tempura tasted old. Used to love this place. Most likely will not return.

I got here first. As a dasher I arrived calm and took a seat in what was not really a waiting area but was not on my phone talking over the entire restaurant or staring rudely at the staff.... so why am I now seeing that the 2 that the did aforementioned received their food for their customers first and you were really going to not prep mine at all cause there were many to bag? Excuse me but does that not mean the customer paid more and you legit are putting them last? Rude and not professional at all. Then she snapped at me for grabbing extra chopsticks which i grab cause I know I usually have leftovers and using the same ones twice is ? gross.

The food is awesome, The fired dragon roll was something I hadn't seen before and was great. My favorites were the mountain roll and super tiger roll. The wait staff leaves something to be desired.
