If I could give this place a 0 I would. They have screwed my order up 4 out of 4 times. This place is a disaster to order from. Please save your money and go somewhere else.

Service was prompt and friendly. The food is every bit as good as expected. Plenty of options and variety on the menu.

The workers don’t wash their hands! I witnessed several employees go smoke and come straight to the kitchen working on food. I asked a waitress if there was a bathroom in or near the kitchen and she said no. Be aware and don’t get

Service was good, Takoyaki was the best I've ever had, and the rest of the sushi was okay. The flaming spicy salmon roll was pretty neat, as well.

I just turned 21 yesterday and i had a not so good day and i was super bummed out but today, at ninza, everyone was so nice and i felt welcomed and it just made me feel better about my birthday. The sweetest cat bot named bella if i remember correctly, even sang me happy birthday. My new favorite sushi

After ordered the delivery and the time was over two hours. I immediately cancelled (30 seconds tops). Then it said the restaurant was making my food in an e-mail three minutes later. The charge email was sent within three minutes of my order. Waited 3.5 hours and asked where my food was from Uber. Uber said that I wasn’t getting food, just a charge.I saved the email that stated my food had been started. So let me still eat something if I’m locked into it. But when they messaged, they only said that Ninza accepted my order, not that I had any chance at food. Uber said that it would be fair to Ninza. $62.89 for pushing a button?Never got my food. No one answered at Ninza when I called to check on it.. Got charged. Both this place and Uber took no blame. Had to order pizza since Uber would not let me reverse a cancel. Two hours to get to me but you are committing to make it so I have to pay you?Business should not partner with companies that are not in the best interest of retaining customers.

Craving sushi? This hit the spot while staying within the new standard of $10-$20 per plate. The wait staff was very friendly and polite -even though I kept asking them questions about the food. The biggest downside is this restaurant uses imitation crab in *most* of their dishes. It's disappointing but that's part of living in the center of the Midwest.

The food was wonderful — the service was not. The waitress did not smile once, barely even looked us in the eye. Apparently we were here right at shift change (we arrived at 3:30 PM — shift change was at 4. The waitress made sure to let us know about that, so she brought us our check immediately after we got our food and had us pay right then, because “we have to count the drawers right at 4”). We seemed to be a burden. After we ordered, the waitress slammed our menus down at the bar (unsure if this was intentional) before putting our orders in. The food came out very fast and was absolutely delicious — no complaints there. However, the experience was soured by the horrible service. Keep in mind — we were the ONLY table in the restaurant. I don’t like being this kind of person, but this was genuinely the worst service I’ve ever gotten at a restaurant.

Service was decent, there weren't many servers on either day we decided to visit so it took a while to receive our food. The monkey brain appetizer was not that good tbh. The mushroom was an overpowering flavor which I did not expect. The sashimi was thick and savory, and the tiger roll was worth the hype. The ambiance of the restaurant was nice enough, it was interesting watching the sushi chefs making every order not far from the tables. I would have loved to sit in the lounge area near the bar as they had such cute seating available there.

I haven't tried a sushi roll here that I didn't love. My favorite is the snow white roll but you really can't go wrong with any sushi

The traditional ramen I ordered was a little bland, but it very well could have been an off day for my taste buds. My girlfriend enjoyed her meal very much. It looked good and the staff was friendly.
