First time at a noodles and co. Liked it. Staff was friendly
I used to love the food. It has gone down hill so much. I think today was our last visit. Noodles uncooked and poorly seasoned. The place was dirty every surface was greasy and not cleaned. The walls were so dirty. While I was standing there waiting for our food a cook opened the refrigerator. I about gagged the edge of frig was so caked with grease and food. The area around register and credit card machine was so dirty! I didn’t want to touch the keys on machine. All stainless steel was smeared and dirty. Windows looked like they hadn’t been cleaned in a year.All walls dirty. They should close and bring in a professional commercial. I mentioned to manager she needed to do a good cleaning. She seemed surprised I noticed, she sure didn’t. Like I said we won’t be returning due to poor food quality and lack of cleanliness. Sad when somewhere goes down hill so much. Very few people there it used to be fairly busy. If things don’t improve drastically I’m afraid it will be out of business soon.
My food was cold made wrong and when they remade it it was still wrong! I asked fur the nutritional facts they told me they don’t have them inside. The store didn’t tell me how to find them. I had to google it just to figure it out. my 10-year-old daughter is a recently diagnosed type one diabetic. I have to have that information for her life how pathetic and sad and they didn’t even seem to care. I’ll never go back to this place again maybe not even noodle company at all.
Cajun shrimp pasta was good. Buttery parmesan noodles were terrible. They were dry and hard. I don't think there was any butter in the dish. Small portion for the price.
Ordered pickup a couple weeks ago, they got my order completely wrong and aside from that it just wasn't good. Complained online and still haven't heard back. $15 for a bowl of Mac and cheese is ridiculous when there is no customer service to speak of when they completely screw it up.
Ordered $70 of food through the Noodles app for delivery. After I waited 45min past the delivery time I called the number in the text confirmation and the person didn't speak English.... I called the Noodles store, they passed the buck and said I had to file the complaint through door dash to get a refund. I go to the door dash site, and there's no way to communicate about an order that I placed through the Noodles app. Silver lining, someone out there who needed food more than I did, is having an awesome meal tonight.
It doesn't make sense that the order I placed through your app isn't backed by you. I didn't choose the delivery service, you did!
So what does that nearly $10 in extra delivery fee's/online fee's pay for if not this?

A small ass bowl of pasta with half a chicken breast and a 4oz cup of salad and an ice tea for $20 that feaking ridiculous. Pasta and salad 2 of the cheapest items in the world and charging the price of a steak. Will never come back here again
Very good food, mostly good service. Check your to go orders for accuracy. I have paid for many extras i didn't get. That gets expensive

Why my crispy chicken and bacon alfredo didn’t have chicken
If you like a bowl of noodles with little/no sauce, this place is for you! They gave me a bowl of noodles with literally a teaspoon of sauce (if that). I PAID FOR EXTRA SAUCE and they gave me 2 teaspoons in a small container. The container of sauce wasn't even half way full but I'm done with this place. This isn't their first time doing that. I'm just over it at this point. I can only imagine how many customers you guys lost over some sauce. Whenever your lease is up, I wouldn't renew it. Too bad of a reputation and your dry business won't be missed.
I ordered my regular which is the spaghetti. It uses to be good then one day I got a big chunk of black curly hair. I sent it back and got a new one but the dish didn’t Taste right. So I threw it away and left. Never been back. Too traumatized 🤮
