I had ordered a Thai tea. It was SOOO salty. I walked away from the table to spit it out and respectfully told the waitress. She said they have new employees and they probably mixed up the salt and sugar, I said it’s fine I’ll just have a water. I know mistakes happen. About 20 mins later as we’re eating our food I hear the waitress in the back (she’s damn near yelling) saying I was rude for returning back the tea and started laughing saying they put salt instead of sugar. I honestly didnt care at first but to mock your customers and mess up their meal is beyond me. Poor customer service and the food is mid.

I have to write a review after what my family and I just went through! I left this restaurant not too long ago after being rejected to dine in with my family! The server lady said they are too busy and can not take anymore customers to dine in. We looked around and there’s only TWO customers in the WHOLE restaurant! The lady server said we can carry out but can not dine in because we had too many people in our group (4 adults and 4 children). I was so upset that we declined to carry out and left to go to another restaurant for dinner. Our kids were starving poor things and I felt so bad for them to witness what just happened! This was our first time coming to this restaurant after wanting to try this place out for a long time and this is what happened to us ?.

The food in my opinion was amazing, I loved the create your own bowl. My broth and dad loved the crab, I can’t remember if they got king or snow. The only bad thing is the place just seems a little run down. I would recommend if you don’t mind aesthetics too much

The broth we got in our ramen bowls was probably our favorite part of the meal. A lot of deep flavors, and you can adjust the spice level to your preference. Our meal was brought to us on a serving robot, which was probably my daughter's favorite part. I think my only complaint was the wait time. We didn't see a sign whether to wait to be seated or seat ourselves. But we waited maybe 5-10 minutes. Not a big deal. It took a minute to get our drinks. But I ordered boba, so that may have been why. When we order our food, it actually came out really fast compared to the wait for everything else. And I would say the food was worth it. Definitely worth giving a try!

This is a unique restaurant that is worth a visit. They have a very broad and diverse menu, but the offerings are a welcome departure from the typical offering in the area. I had Udon noodles and my daughter had the create your own ramen bowl. The meal was quite delicious, the decor was pleasant, and they even have a little robot helper (although they haven't quite mastered using the little guy yet). The only place Oishinmisses the mark slightly is pricing. These types of dishes are famous in their home countries for being affordable everyday meals. The pricing at Oishi is consistent with other local offerings and is an overall reasonable value. But it's a bit too high to make it a go to dinner option multiple times a week. Still, very much worth a visit and I plan to sample some of the Cajun seafood options in my next visit.

There was nothing special about this place. The food is average for what they serve. The biggest complaint I have, and I do mean BIG, is the service. There were 5 adults ordering. 3 ordered Boba tea, and all 5 ordered food. After 15 minutes, some of the food came, but still no Boba. I waited another 15 minutes while everyone else ate their food. My food came out. They were still waiting for their Boba. Then another 5 minutes later, the 3 Boba's came out towards the end of the dinner. We rarely saw the waitress. We kept trying to flag her down for refills on drinks. I absolutely will not be back to this place, and it's not worth the trip. Hard pass.

This place is the former Bei Wei location. Its Japanese now, new owners. The food was really good. We ordered shrimp fried rice (8 med shrimp), pork dumplings, 6 chicken wings, and a Ramen bowl with beef and chicken. Service was great, restaurant renovated nicely. Prices were normal. I think the shrimp fried rice should have had more shrimp but tasted good.

The food was mid but the customer service can be a lot better. The ladies that took the orders are completely rude, they stand around staring at people while laughing like something is funny. I found hair in my food and they were being weird about it. I don't recommend eating here, I couldn't even finish my food because I was disgusted.
