Excellent Service and Great Pizza! Knowledgeable staff and able to watch Softball CWS game!

The food and service were great. But I wish the entrees would include the sides, not an added charge. It is greed to me. I had to change my order because the description was misleading.

My husband and I went to OC for dinner during happy hour. We were seated in booth closest to the hostess stand. Everyone was professional and helpful. Our waitress was super sweet and attentive. The pizza rolls are one of my favorites. You can't go wrong with pizza rolls, and for $8.00 during happy hour, that's even better. My husband got the two topping individual pizza for 6.00. We did share some wings that were super delicious.

Brooklyn was great! The food was delicious and hot!

I recently had the pleasure of dining at Old Chicago, and I have to give a massive shoutout to Megan for her absolutely outstanding service. From the moment we were seated, Megan made us feel welcome and cared for. Her warm smile, attention to detail, and genuine passion for ensuring we had a great experience were unmatched.
Megan was incredibly knowledgeable about the menu, providing spot-on recommendations that elevated our meal to the next level. She was attentive without being overbearing, making sure our drinks were always topped off and that we had everything we needed.
What truly set Megan apart was her ability to create a personal connection. She took the time to chat with us, making us feel more like friends than just customers. It’s rare to find someone who goes above and beyond like she does.

Twisted Chicken Tenders are the best. Marinated in buttermilk for 24 hrs. Love the pizza. Contrary to the name, they do not have true Chicago deep dish pizza. But there choices of 4 different crusts and plenty of toppings should make everyone happy.

Decided to take my son on a mommy-son date to kick off his 18th birthday festivities. I wasn't surprised that my food and the service at this location was fabulous. Service was quick. Food was hot AND delicious. and our server was awesome. He was attentive and even got in on a debate between my son about gaming, lol.

The waitress had a very horrible sassy attitude she didn’t know anything about the menu she was not very helpful. The heavy weight lady that takes sections by the Bar tables with blonde short hair. Hut was my very first time at Old Chicago. I will never be back here again. On top of the horrible customer service, I paid $20 for a 4 small slice pizza. Old Chicago needs to do better

Update: AJ, the server, was great. The Italian nachos were a little light on meat but the pepperoni rolls were so good. We ordered half double decker pepperoni and half meat pizza and it was sooo good. Definitely coming back!

They literally charge $14.99 for frozen fish sticks.
My husband ordered the fish and when it came out, it was basically Van de Kamps fish sticks. Then my sandwich was dry and bland. The boys pizza was practically burnt. It's been years since we've been here, now I remember why. I will give the waiter 5 stars. He was great.
