Olive Garden Italian Restaurant

We asked for a booth and they asked if a half booth and table was good. I told them we wanted a full booth. They said okay and brought us to a half booth. We just sat and ordered the food. The main dish was great but the soup was not hot. I asked for a fresh bowl. It was not hot either. We asked for a couple of bread sticks and never got them. We both ran out of tea and water and never had the waitress check on us. This is the worst experience I've ever had there. I'm not sure what the problem was. They need to train there staff to pay more attention to the customer.

Plenty of parking. This is the best Olive Garden location in Wichita! Was seated quickly, and waited on quickly. Alex was the best!! He stayed on top of everything! Highly recommend

I have ordered soup and salad for over a decade in many different states. I had a couple of different soups and they were terrible. Salad, breadsticks and service was good.

Me and a couple of my buddies get together to catch up on things the meals we ordered was the soup and salad this time,the waitress was very friendly and our experience was kinda rough because it seems like we were seated in the kids section which was very disruptive they a little loud and could not hear one another sometimes and out waitress bought back a bowl of pretty much broth instead of soup with all the ingredients we are all older gentlemen with kids and grandkids and this one of the reasons we get out to be away from the kids for a moment

I'm not sure you can go wrong with Olive Garden when it comes to a chain restaurant. I went on Valentines day with my SO and child. I ordered the chicken parmigiana which is fried, parmesan-breaded chicken breast topped with marinara sauce and Italian cheeses, and served with spaghetti. It's so good. The service was pretty good. It was 4 pm and the early crowd plus the occasion, so our server was getting more tables and getting busier by the minute. I could tell she was focused on making sure she could reach every person at every table. The endless salad and bread sticks had me full so I ended up taking home quite a bit of leftovers. They keep this place clean and everyone was doing their part to ensure a smooth operation .

Sangria pitcher for four should have been called flavored ice cause we only got a glass and a half. All the light fixtures above tables have dead bugs in them and it’s winter time! Bathroom was disgusting, walls never been cleaned, gross stains in sink and around fixtures. And there was a thick layer of dust on the exhaust fan grills. I expect a restaurant to have clean bathroom. Food was good though. Server was slow and the whole restaurant was slow since it was Super Bowl night.

order over $100 worth of food and didn't receive any breadsticks!!! when I had placed the order online it said that 12 breadsticks were already included in the order, the manager didn't care to make things right or even offer any solutions. VERY DISSAPOINTED.

Very disappointing service tonight. The host apparently sat us in a closed section so no one came to check in with us. Ten minutes later, a very annoyed server told us she would wait on us but made sure we knew how much of an inconvenience it was since we weren’t her table. Drinks were wrong, dipping sauce arrived 5 minutes before breadsticks, the food was cold when the food runner practically threw it on our table and left, chicken gnocchi soup had no chicken or gnocchi in it, we ran out of room on the table when no one cleared any empty dishes/glasses, and when we let the server know we could box up our own food, she tossed the boxes on the table and walked away without another word. No manager in sight and lots of unhappy tables all around us.
