Upon being seated, we were not acknowledged for a period of at least five minutes. Following that, a staff member inquired if assistance had been rendered; however, we waited an additional four to five minutes before our waitress took our beverage and meal orders. After the order was placed, our waitress returned to inform the individual who ordered the meal that had the beef empanadas were no longer available and a substitution was required. While inventory shortages are occasionally...

I always have a great time coming to OTB with friends to enjoy a delicious margarita. Ralphie specifically makes sure we always have a good time and ALWAYS gives the best service. Highly recommend asking if he’s working and grabbing a seat in his section if you can!!

Wonderful Service, food, and atmosphere. My late husband and I have been coming here since 2000. We used to love sitting out in the patio area, especially in the summer time. I heard that some locations will be closing, I hope not this one. So many Wonderful and fun memories. Thank you all.
