We went to see Liverpool Legends a few nights ago and it was absolutely fantastic. The Orpheum is an amazing historic theatre. The seats are a somewhat small, but not uncomfortable. There is no bad seat in the house. The theatre is still in the midst of being renovated, so it's not all perfect, but your money goes towards the renovations, so it's to a good cause. Very highly recommended venue.

Lovely experience. The theater could use a hand rail down the middle of the stairs because if you have mobility difficulties it's difficult doing the stairs to the seats. It's quite cramped with no leg room . My knees and toes were touching the wall in front of me and I'm only 5'4 so imagine someone taller trying to sit in that area of ROW AA . Was very uncomfortable but a lovely show. They also didn't hand out programs. The theater itself was really cool being it's age, and the mayor announcement was good. She discussed that proceeds were going for a wonderful cause so it was nice.

Upcoming renovation should answer so many concerns...

The theater has a gothic architecture. Its in diré need of some cosmetic treatments. With all the mew development going on in the city, perhaps the Mayor could allocate some preservation funds to bring the theater back to life.

The Orpheum theatre is a picture of grander times. The interior is stunning. I do hope the seats are replaced ASAP. Love watching films of classic movies.

Don't get seats in the balcony. There is literally no leg room. It hurts.
The shows they have at this place are great and the audio is great. Everything else not so. The seats are out of the 70s. Just as comfortable as sitting on coil springs directly and I get the appeal of keeping it original but there is big chunks of concrete missing all over the walls and ceilings. Beautiful place if they could restore it to its former glory.

We paid for front row seats for the Drew Lynch show and they put us in the very back. Not just us. Multiple people had the same thing happen. Will not come again.
