The woman working the counter was rude. I gave her what I owed & then a $2 tip & she was like "yeah"....no thank you, nothing. When I got home the orange chicken was hard as a effin rock; like itd been sitting all day. The fried rice wasn't much better. The crab rangoons were decent. But I will not be returning!

A fair and quick Chinese food spot in Southeast Wichita, at Pawnee and Harry. A good priced lunch menu led me to a generous meal of General’s chicken, lo mein, and spring rolls. The food is buffet style here so timing out fresher dishes is a must. Service is comically rough, resembling something out of a movie by being so bad it’s just funny. If anyone can handle some authentic treatment and wants a solid Chinese dish, then I recommend giving Panda Cafe a shot.

Lunch special was cold general tso from under a lite . My egg roll was terrible looked like it had been refried 3 or 4 times ... Rice was sticky and old tasting ... Terrible experience. Do not eat here ...

In and out joint quick fast and really good food especially the veggie fried rice with extra eggs. Super cheap for a solo meal 4-6$ for large quantities of fried rice.
I had a great lunch, yummy, and quick service for lunch. BUT I left my wallet there (which I didn’t realize because I came home and don’t need it for anything). The owner Carl saw my name and address on my drivers license and brought it to my house after the restaurant closed for the night. Every card and the cash were still in the wallet. We will be back to this wonderful family-owned restaurant!

So thankful for this restaurant and its owner Carl. My wife left her wallet at the restaurant and the owner himself came to our home to deliver it to us! He was so kind and really appreciated his honesty and think it’s worth supporting their restaurant based on the integrity of the ownership and the quality of the food is great as well!!
