I would not recommend eating at the east kellogg location as it has a roach issue! The staffs answer for the issue is “ we know there’s a roach investigation we have traps and have bombed we just can’t get rid of them”

Drive thru light was off at 8 pm on a saturday night, it almost looked like they were closed. Drove up and waited and thought it's too early to be closed on a Saturday! So I finally spoke first and asked if they were open?? No response, almost like they wanted me to think they were closed, then the girl acted like she couldn't HEAR ME first, then all of a sudden she couldn't UNDERSTAND ME, so again I asked if the lobby was open I would just come in and SEE WHAT U HAVE instead of play guessing games with her until they did close. Everyone in their was gripeing whenever the door opened and I actually heard the main cook I think complain half under his breath,"What the F go home ppl, get a life!! Come OnDamn!!" I made sure as he was ringing me up to say don't worry I will be out your hair now one person away from you going home. Smiled got my stuff and left. Won't be back again at least to that one for awhile!!

Good food and service at this location. Clean restaurant and only recommendation is to sit closer to soda machine as the other door is opened alot for drive thru delivery issues. On a cold night it's cold over there.

Came in looked clean and smelled wonderful. Went to use the restroom and to wash my hands before ordering. I seen a cockroach on the wall in the bathroom so we left. Never had a chance to order food.

This is a review for the Panda Express in Wichita KS at 11787 East Kellogg. I went to this location a few times throughout 2023 because I had some free meal coupons. Panda Express is your normal fast food, you pretty much know what to expect every time you go to a Panda Express. I was surprised by this location. The food was hot and fresh, every time I went was a good experience. And saw some of the same people working in the restaurant the few times I went to eat. The staff was always friendly. I really appreciate the hard work they do and that the food was hot and fresh. The food was what you would expect from any fast food place, it's not going to win any awards or change your life, but I would definitely recommend this location because the staff is so nice. I hope the other customers and management treat the staff well. 5+ stars for the employees!

I should have looked at the reviews before going to this location. I completely agree with this location only having 3.6 stars, worst attitude and service I have ever received at a panda express.
Rice was bland and burnt. Broccoli Beef was 2 slices of beef and a bunch broccoli.

Poor assistance. In-Charge night employee (K/C/hristina refused to turn her identifying name tag around so it was readable.) Needed assistance downloading Panda Express app, required for use with TMobile promo. Was told, "Call TMobile."
