First off, the young lady in the Drive-Thru was super, awesome, very patient and waited on us to think about what we wanted to order. I'm frustrated because we pulled over to check our order being that we live so far away. We immediately noticed my son was missing his super greens from his cub meal. I went back inside to let the manager Nick know what was going on and he had the nerves to ask me for a receipt and then asked his crew (the young lady) recognized me in the Drive-Thru. Really??? How disappointing that your customer will place an order and not pay attention to detail. Very disappointed in the manager's customer service and would recommend that you work on your soft people skills!
The food was good, but my orange chicken temperature was mid. I would suggest if you're going to visit to maybe come during dinner time when the food is piping hot.

Grabbed white rice with teriyaki chicken from Panda Express, delicious and satisfying as always! The chicken was juicy, and the rice was fluffy. Only downside: the drive-through wait was longer than expected. Worth it, but bring your patience!

I got food poisoning from this location, last night. Vomited so much 20x and it was coming out both ends. IVE NEVER been so sick from a place. The food didnt taste bad when eating it but its the only explanation. The food was clearly bad.
Do not eat here! They need inspected by the state. Reporting it.

I don't go to Panda Express often, simply because I have to be really craving it as the locations aren't super close to where I live. However, I was shopping at the Greenwich Place and stopped in for lunch. Everything was fresh and the service was quick and friendly. I was surprised at how clean everything was, too. Members of the staff were seen actively wiping tables and sweeping while we were there. A team member even checked on us, which I've never experienced at a fast food restaurant before. Overall, it was a pleasant experience and the food hit the spot!

Best service of any Panda Express. I've been to sooooo many all over the nation and Faith is the best behind the counter I have come across. For food, we know what we're getting with Panda. It's good enough and a good portion of it. Faith is a difference maker and the reason for the 5 stars.

If I could give this restaurant zero stars, I would. I’ve never written a review before, but I feel like I have to for this restaurant. I love Panda Express, but this particular location seems to have many issues. I’ve been to this restaurant maybe five times. The first time I went, it had just opened and the food was very good, obviously fresh. But it just went downhill from there. Any other time I’ve went the food has been cold, the rice and the chicken was so unnecessarily dry, and the tables were all dirty. I understand if they’re busy, but there was quite literally nobody else there when I would go. The last time I went to this location, it wasn’t even to eat; I was picking up an order for DoorDash. Apparently another Dasher had already picked up the order, which was fine. What was not so fine was that the lady who helped me was so rude for no reason. Like, chill, princess. Unfortunately, I had to call DoorDash so they could cancel the order, so I had to go back inside so they could tell the customer service guy that he could cancel the order. Again, they were so rude. There were three workers, a dude and two women. The woman who had helped me previously had an attitude the whole time while the other two employees snickered in the corner. I apologised and told them to have a good day, to which I got an eye roll from one of them and no other response. So annoying. I’m actually terrified to go in any time I get a DoorDash order from there… social anxiety at it’s finest.

This meal was really bad the teriyaki chicken was like rubber & the orange chicken wasn't fresh. Also, the chow mein tasted really bad and wasn't even warm. Worst meal i have gotten from here. Can't eat it i tried.
