They would have got a 5 star. But the cashier was too busy trying to sell.Their new drinks so my food was getting cold.People in front of me.We're trying drinks for over 5 minutes.I know it wasn't their fault but still Not including the rice was hard.

There’s only 4 tiny skimpy chicken pieces. All noodles and veggies. Idk if this meets the protein nutritional facts.

Extremely Disappointing Experience at Panda Express

I recently visited Panda Express with my family, expecting the usual flavorful and satisfying meal. Unfortunately, our experience was a letdown, especially considering the high standards Panda Express usually maintains.

We ordered the Fried Rice, Chicken Roll, and Rangoon (Cream Cheese Wontons). All three dishes were subpar:

• Fried Rice: Overcooked, dry, and lacking flavor.
• Chicken Roll: Overcooked, tough chicken and greasy, soggy wrapping.
• Rangoon: oily wontons with flavorless filling.

The amount of money I spend on panda express on a monthly basis is almost unacceptable by normal standards but I like it. But the Greenwich location is absolutely atrocious. I ordered through the drive thru, get to the window, and pay. Then am told they don't have any of the unsweet passion mango black tea and they don't always have it. "Just some times that they make it." Um, no. This is a staple tea for panda. Again, I spend way too much money here to not know the menu, but whatever. He offers me some insane mixed sweet guava something which I declined and he refunded the drink. Then he comes back 3 minutes later to tell me theyre still waiting on my mushroom chicken to finish cooking. Ok, we'll let's not have undercooked chicken, I guess. Then he comes back 2 minutes later and says they're waiting on the fried rice.... it's a Chinese place. The other locations I go to are always on top of the amount that's on hand and ready bc everyone is always going to get rice-get it together. Then he says "can I put an appetizer in the bag for you? Lime rangoon?" I said "if you're offering, I'd like Rangoon, yes". I had to move and park bc another car ordered and pulled behind me so when he brought the food to me, proceeds to tell me they were out of Rangoon for the night so he threw apple rolls in there because "those are better anyways." I will absolutely not be coming back to this location again. Poorly managed and clearly incompetent employees who lie to customers so they don't have to do things like open a new bag of Rangoon or brew a new batch of tea

This place is amazing. The food was great and so was the service. I have had this place twice and it is now one of my favorite restaurants. It’s a decent price to pay for some great Chinese food, thanks! I recommend getting a play with double orange chicken, fried rice and a apple pie egg roll!

Why would I order a plate with orange chicken and sweet fire, and yet you guys only give me orange chicken and a few pieces of pineapple… which was where there should have been some chicken -.- . Guess next time I’ll just sit in drive thru and check every single order since this place has gone hill ?

This place is rockin’ (as the kids say) with great employees and managers. Great service! And yea… don’t even get me started on the food! From the honey walnut shrimp, to the classic orange chicken, your tastebuds will think you died and went to Heaven! Michelle and Bri lead their team with joyful hearts and always make sure that everybody feels welcome and served! They are the best! Lana and Yessea are two of the sweetest girls and are such a big reason the environment is great at Panda!
Whether it is for an after Church meal on a Sunday afternoon, or your first date with your Bumble Match, Panda Express is the place for everybody!

Dinner with a clown? Yea, forget it! I’m eating with the Panda baby!

While we all typically enjoy Panda Express, visiting this particular location has been, by far, our worst experience at this restaurant chain. The staff was rude. One of the three young ladies who helped us this evening was initially mistaken as to my entree order and when kindly corrected, she began to motion to remove the entree from the plate while audibly sighing and quite obviously rolling her eyes. As the staff continued to rush us- although no one was in line behind us and we’d already stated that we weren’t all the way sure what all we wanted specifically- we finished paying for a more than $60 order. We went to seat ourselves, there were no clean tables. The food was barely warm, stale and bland.

I ordered food through the mobile app and they just can't seem to get it right! I ordered 1/2 noodles and 1/2 greens and as you can see I got white rice and greens. I don't like rice! And you don't until you've left. I also asked for chili sauce in the special request since it is not listed with the other condiments. I asked if it was in the bag and she said no. DO THEY NOT READ THEIR OWN INSTRUCTIONS?

Terrible service, terrible food! I told them I couldn't have green beans. They said oh sorry we aren't allowed to scoop it out. Then, I asked to try a few items. They said we don't do samples. Asked for sweet and sour, and they gave me a packet like what soy sauce is in. What a joke!! I won't be back!!

I purchased a meal and a drink for dine in. I asked the girl at the register when I made my purchase, if they had tea and her response was yes. And they do have tea,...but all they had was Passion Fruit tea and Sweet tea. I can't have the sugar in either of those so I took the new empty cup to the register for a refund, less than 30 seconds later. A manager named "Michelle" came up to the register was rude, scrunched up her face and said "Whats wrong? " I told her all they had was sweet tea and I just need a refund please. She said "We have Passion fruit"! She acted irritated and shook her head while punching up the refund. She asked for my card,..and then handed it back and said..."There ya go!" then walked off with my receipt and the receipt that showed the refund to the card. I asked her for a ticket showing the refund to my card,...and NOW GOT A HARD TIME AND WAS TOLD,..." I HAVE TO KEEP THEM". I told her I wanted proof that the refund was processed to the card,....AND SHE SHOVED IT IN MY HAND and turned on her heel and walked off.
She must be a very miserable person, to abuse a customer over something as simple as drink cup refund. And this person is the Captain of this ship? Awesome management skills.
