Panera Bread in Wichita

“Everything I ordered was 5 stars except for the service. I walked up to the registers. I have never been there before. There was a guy standing there completely ignoring me. He saw me a couple times and walked away. That's damn rude! I tried to wave him down but again he ignored me. I stood there for a while til a woman saw me and helped me. I mean really? I won't be going back to this location and neither will my friends.“

“I am a sip club member so I mostly go thru drive thru. They are always polite nice and courteous. The food I have had is good. Love the macaroni and cheese and broccoli and cheese mac. In my opinion the food is very expensive (as is 90% of every where). So you really have to go with what you love when spending money on eating out. Panera has a great selection.“

“Used their online app to order bagels for business function. The individual that I picked up the order from handed me a paper bag that was filled with bagels. It was evident that they took the bagels and just threw them into a brown paper sack accompanied with two tubs of cream cheese. When I inquired with the individual at the window, he told me that’s all they had. This was pretty embarrassing when I arrived at the Business function with the bagels.

The app was very user-friendly and has come a long way
I reached out to Panera customer service and they immediately refunded my money, however, definitely concerning moving forward when it comes to Panera being able to supply bagels for business functions.“
