“I placed an online order from this location for my work meeting to have bagels delivered. I messed up the address for the delivery and the bagels ended up being taken by someone else at the location I’d provided. The female I dealt with on the phone was so nice and helpful, not only did she remake the order for me at no charge but had one of their staff deliver the order personally. This is beyond great service in my opinion, it was totally my fault for messing up the address and they still fixed it and made it happen. You made my rough morning a whole lot better!“
“Everything I ordered was 5 stars except for the service. I walked up to the registers. I have never been there before. There was a guy standing there completely ignoring me. He saw me a couple times and walked away. That's damn rude! I tried to wave him down but again he ignored me. I stood there for a while til a woman saw me and helped me. I mean really? I won't be going back to this location and neither will my friends.“
“Enjoyed a cup of coffee and many refills as I worked today. The restaurant was clean, not crowded, and the atmosphere was quiet and welcoming. Nice seating choices. Friendly staff. Bagle & cream cheese delightful! Would lesson plan there again anyday!“
“This location is the best!! The employees are absolutely amazing! This pretty blonde girl, Ella, is always in such a good mood and is always at the counter or at the drive through window with a huge smile on her face! She is so determined and always manages to hold herself and her coworkers accountable.
The women that work in the back are all so kind and truly so hilarious! The stores general manager is also phenomenal! She is quick to solve and resolve any mistake but to nh knowledge there hardly is any!! Overall love the food, the people, and the place! Always always always remember that fast food workers are PEOPLE too!!! The Panera staff is amazing and maybe this will help you next time to reach out and say hi!! 10/10!!“
“The soups are unsurpassed. I can’t possibly duplicate the recipe and flavor. Their Autumn Squash has been magnificent ! Just wish it was offered year round. My husband says their tomato soup is the closest to what he had in Scotland that he really loved. We get it all the time!“
