“Been to this location several times now. Experience has been as expected each time. Staff was friendly and food was prepared correctly. This location is slightly further than another from my house but they do a better job, so I go here instead.“
“Everything I ordered was 5 stars except for the service. I walked up to the registers. I have never been there before. There was a guy standing there completely ignoring me. He saw me a couple times and walked away. That's damn rude! I tried to wave him down but again he ignored me. I stood there for a while til a woman saw me and helped me. I mean really? I won't be going back to this location and neither will my friends.“
“Enjoyed a cup of coffee and many refills as I worked today. The restaurant was clean, not crowded, and the atmosphere was quiet and welcoming. Nice seating choices. Friendly staff. Bagle & cream cheese delightful! Would lesson plan there again anyday!“
“This location is the best!! The employees are absolutely amazing! This pretty blonde girl, Ella, is always in such a good mood and is always at the counter or at the drive through window with a huge smile on her face! She is so determined and always manages to hold herself and her coworkers accountable.
The women that work in the back are all so kind and truly so hilarious! The stores general manager is also phenomenal! She is quick to solve and resolve any mistake but to nh knowledge there hardly is any!! Overall love the food, the people, and the place! Always always always remember that fast food workers are PEOPLE too!!! The Panera staff is amazing and maybe this will help you next time to reach out and say hi!! 10/10!!“
“Lilly approached me with a smile at the register, apologized for the wait (just a few minutes), and asked me how my day was. She asked multiple questions, what I would like and ensuring I was provided every option there was. She even asked at the end if I wanted a water because she knew I had just come from a walk. Absolutely great service and would definitely come back!“
