Everything I ordered was 5 stars except for the service. I walked up to the registers. I have never been there before. There was a guy standing there completely ignoring me. He saw me a couple times and walked away. That's damn rude! I tried to wave him down but again he ignored me. I stood there for a while til a woman saw me and helped me. I mean really? I won't be going back to this location and neither will my friends.
The staff was very kind and the food was delicious. The prices are too high for the portion in my opinion but I will be back because the food was so good and fresh. The orange scone was the best scone ive ever had in my life. The bread phenomenal. The chicken soup was just what i needed and their new capresse sandwich was wonderful. Thank you and see you soon ❤️

Celebrating the day of the wise men 7:43pm with my three friends wanting to enjoy a hot coffee with desserts a good talk in paneras and they serve us cold coffees in takeaway glasses, we asked them to heat it up and they arrived half an hour later when there was no dessert anymore 🫣🤣 it was just a pleasant moment it was too much to ask?
Did a pickup order from the app. Went to pick it up and they did not have the breakfast soufflé I ordered. Had a different flavor and I reluctantly said yes, he picked it up and carried to the kitchen, I said you don’t have to heat it, which he ignored. Still waited and finally asked for the manager. She checked on the order and they had given the other soufflé away!! She said they would make more could I come back on 23 minutes. I don’t live close! More gas, more time!! I showed her 2 emails from Panera giving $2 off an order and $3 off an order which had no expiration date. She said corporate doesn’t do a good job with their emails. Went back after 23 minutes and waited longer. Took it home and bread was still gooey and there was was a 1 1/2 inch piece of bacon on top for a spinach bacon soufflé . The quality of food has gone down hill and prices higher. $5 for a cookie and $20 for a loaf of bread. The bakery and bread are still good. Have $25 with of gift cards. Will use ion bread, not going back, and not buying any more gift cards ever!!
