When we arrived I have received rude attitude from a drive thru employee. I was nice and used a nice voice. When we got our order she was rude and handed me the food in an unpleasant way. Mind you the food was cold and not cooked properly. Never have I been so unhappy about this and with my son’s food and wife’s not professional.

I have loved Panera for a long time and so I have had the Sip Club membership for the last two years now. When I first got the membership, this location was always so friendly and added a little joy to grabbing coffee for my morning commute. Over the last month or so, there is new staff and they have a short attitude with me, and frequently make my coffee wrong. I order in the app when I leave my house, so I know it's not mishearing through the speaker. One trip, I ordered an ice coffee with light half and half, it came to me practically white! I'm not sure if I'm getting attitude because it's Sip Club drinks, but the employees should remember that they're not really free drinks, but paid for in advance! I still deserve to be treated kindly and my order made correctly. I'm considering canceling my membership.
