First visit 12/23/25 ☆☆☆ Complete and utter disappointment. Horrible experience. They were out of baguette for the soup side, so I asked for an apple, then they were putvof those too. They offered chips or pastries Ibsaid no and left. So I paid for something that I didn't get. Got out to my car check my bag only to find my sandwich was missing, went back in and the manager offered me an extra cup of soup for the trouble. I said fine. The sandwich was terrible. I got the French Dipper which hard barely any cheese or meat. Didn't resemble anything near the advertisement. They don't give you any au jou, you're supposed to dip it in some french onion soup evidently. Which by the way is extremely bland. I appreciated the soup gesture however, the whole meal was just terrible. Definitely NOT worth the prices. I get more meat and cheese on a QT QuikTrip gas station sandwich, at half the price.

Used to love Panera but it's been going down hill the last few years and every once in awhile I remember how good it used to be and give it another shot. Got my normal bacon egg and cheese sandwich and there literally was nothing on it as in a previous review. Wished I would have looked at the reviews before ordering. Their bagels look good as they used to be maybe will try one if I go back. Service was fast and friendly though.
