Mediocre food. Bread was good. I don't like how they have changed the atmosphere from cozy and warm to industrial and basic, and how you walk in and order from a computer instead of a person. I feel like I'm in a cafeteria. But that's probably all Paneras.

Why can’t they get their orders right!! Ugh. So frustrating when you drive away or get home & the order is WRONG. And fast food places wonder why we want to check our bags, BEFORE WE DRIVE OFF. Tonight was another one of those experiences & an example WHY I ALWAYS WANT TO CHECK MY BAGS BEFORE I LEAVE THE DRIVE THRU!!!

Easy way for my wife & I to have a light breakfast or a brunch. Fast and easy service on line, in person... now drive-thru. Had to revised to add Christmas helpers at Panera on N. Maize / 29th. Everyone was smiling.
