“I rarely feel moved enough by people anymore to seek out posting a review, but I want to make sure everyone knows this Papa John's is amazing, and specifically, Shandi! She always go above and beyond in customer service and keeping a positive inviting atmosphere. I probably order here too often, but let's just say I have enough visits to this location under my belt to know that it remains a consistent trend of great experiences. If I've ever gotten a subpar order or something small was off, it has been nothingggggg in comparison to the issues I've had with other pizza chains, and never anything negatively memorable. Consistently delicious food made correctly and always fresh 👌🏼 FANTASTIC JOB team, and THANK YOU, Shandi for always being great and always reminding me there's good people still left in this world. “Part of our order was accidentally left at store, phone call from store asking if I wanted a refund or to be delivered. I requested delivered and the driver, which happened to be manager completed delivery and was very apologetic. Great customer service and timely delivery“

“The white man working nights speaks to his employees, like they're beneath him in front of the customers. Can I just come in & get my food? Can the manager take his employees to the back to chew them out. Unprofessional. I'd give better reviews, but this is the 2nd time the manager took over because a pretty white girl came in & he doesn't want the black employees talking to them. I just want my damn food. Let people work. If they're hitting on women, it's ok. We know how to stand up for ourselves.“

“The manager maybe BJ or something like that was so kind and helpful it was amazing experience. I was able to sit to eat half of the pizza and take the rest home. Kudos to this manager for being customer friendly and helpful who is on Northeast area of Wichita. I have to thank him for sure since he truly made me feel like a desired customer“

“Picked up two pizzas. Both were excellent, warm and well baked, and the toppings actually had taste. Not a given in today's inflation-starved pizza market. Friendly staff, quick service, no BS. Definitely coming back here.
