I ordered Two medium Pizzas At 6:30 P.m. And did not receive it till almost 4 hours later. The app said they did not start making the order until 7 after that I called 3 times during my ridiculously long wait being told that my food had to be delivered, re made, and then delivered again. but still never received, so I started calling again having my call ignored repeatedly. finally someone answered long enough to ask me to stop calling and then hung up immediately after. My dasher even stated they didn't start the order till 9:38 after being reminded about the order I received my order finally sometime after 10pm after receiving it it's so coated in cheese that you can't taste anything else and the dough is soggy

Customer Service is shit. Had 5 people walk in behind us and not one worker greeted one person the entire 15 mins I was in line. Took almost 2 hours for my pizza to be done. Will not be back to this location.

It took 3 hours just to get a pizza and breaksticks, after the order said 40 minutes when I out it in. After over an hour and a half I called the store, and the worker on the othwr end of the phone took 5 minutes to even figure out where my order was, and the whole time sounded like he was high.

First time I've ever had an issue. Have not received my pizza, called store, Trey answered, put the phone down to check my order, then hung up. Called back, kid with no name said I should have my order it was picked up by doordash.Papa John's used Doordash, I ordered through the Papa John's website.I said doordash still shows not picked up. Put on hold for manager, 8+ minutes, still no answer. Let me know if you want screenshots.
Update, still on hold, got a text my order was canceled. How do I feed these kids? Eat local, this chain has terrible customer service. Called again, spoke to Trey, who had a terrible attitude,apparently because he did not cancel my order, but neither did I, and I asked him how he would refund my money, and after a few prods he said it would go back on the card used through PayPal. I will update if my $47.05 is not refunded.

Don't eat here. Regret not taking photos or videos but if they have the security camera footage of October 29th at 7:30 PM. Don't know if they were like this. All day, but when I went to get my Pizza i didn't look in my boxes and realized the breadsticks I had bought were not only overcooked, they weren't sauced properly.The sauce wasn't spread and they were thrown in the box without a care someone needs to tell those employees.You should be wearing hair nets gloves and staying off of your phone when you're at work and touching other people's food

Not happy with my delivery or pizza last evening. The driver left the pizzas on my outside trash can after I had asked to deliver to the front door not the back door and there’s a sign on the door that also says no deliveries. The 2 large cheese pizzas had barely any cheese on them. There’s was also no dipping sauce. Kind of sad that you have special instructions and they are not followed and the pizza quality was also not good.
