The day manager here must be lazy. I used to work at Papa John's, and I can tell they used dough that was stretched in preparation for the lunch rush, then left out to dry for several hours before being made into my pizza in the afternoon. This is why I only order from this place once a year if they're lucky. Eating out is too expensive nowadays to get a 50/50 shot at it being any good. Honestly, everyone I've ever heard complain about Papa John's taste and quality is because of garbage employees like this ruining the product with laziness and incompetence.I only give the service more than one star because unlike the people making the pizza, the drivers are awesome and friendly. Last time I bothered to call and complain, the manager acted like he didn't even care, then lied to me, and told me they couldn't remake my pizza cause they ran out of toppings. He offered me a credit I never used, and I ended up throwing most of the pizza away, because it was ruined from either being dropped or carried sideways in transit. Manager made it clear he didn't give the least bit of a damn, and found even speaking to me to be a chore. I doubt he even bothered to mark down my credit anyway.That's what changed my orders from twice a month to once every year or two, and only when I get tired of literally every other pizza, including Totinos and Red Baron. I probably won't order from here ever again after this. I really wish they'd clean house at this store and get rid of everyone except the drivers.

1. From the time of ordering to when the pizza came it was almost 2 hours.2. From the time of getting the text that pizza is on its way, it was 40 mins. Pizza was cold.3. Ordered a shaqaroni which is advertised as having AT LEAST 60 slices of pepperoni. I literally counted them as it looked so sparse and there were 34 pieces of pepperoni.4. Didn't get everything we ordered that we paid for.

Ordered a ShaqAroni pizza but what I got should've been called a CheesAroni Pizza, it looked nothing like the commercials and when I did find pepperonis there was only TWO per slice and they were cut in half. Y'all just clearly involved in false advertising. On top of all that the pizza tasted awful and I've had better store bought pizza.

Don't do it. I'm sorry I did and never again. I ordered garden a fresh pizza a simple order with light cheese and extra sauce. They had it backwards, now I know why the mgr. looked cunning and I had to ask for my receipt. I checked the pizza in my car and saw it wasn't right. I reenter the store, showed the pizza and the receipt. The manager acts as if he couldn't see the problem so I told him. The remade pizza was burned and tasted like a frozen pizza with no sauce smh... NEVER AGAIN!
