First time I have been to a Papa John's in year's. I previously had not liked their pizza. After recently seeing a BOGO offer, I decided to give them a try. I bought a large New York style sausage and a thin crust pepperoni pizza. Both had good flavor and a decent amount of ingredients. I preferred the New York style crust. The online menu had numerous choices. The store employee's were friendly. I will order from them again.

Whoever owns this place needs to fix their AC. I was in grabbing a pick up order and couldn’t stop sweating. I can’t imagine how those workers feel being around ovens/cooking/working for however many hours they’re there. I hope they’re being compensated well for working in those conditions during the hot summer. It’s cooler outside.

Ordered a pickup and it was great And fast. Felt so bad for the staff because the air conditioning was broken for a few weeks. 102 degrees is insane and these workers deserve a raise. Alex Goddard gave me my pizza with a smile and was an amazing worker! Extra raise needed for him!

This store must have forgotten how to make papa johns pizza. Every time the consistency of everything is so different. Go to the one on north rock road if you want consistent papa johns recipe. Definitely not this crap

Ordered pizzas for carry out. Was in the mid 90's temp and their AC was out. These troopers propped open the door and kept making pizzas! Thank you for your hard work! I thanked them all and gave them an extra $20 for their efforts.

Just ordered pizza from here and they didnt add all the toppings i had to pay for on one pizza and messed up the most simple pizza, a cheese pizza, by making it a pepperoni pizza. Called the store and explained the issue to the manager said she had to get her DM and had to re-expain the issue and had this lady cutting me off mid sentence any time I talked. Talked to me like an idiot. Which is a pet peeve of mine. I did go off on her after I tried to ask how would I know they gave me a credit on my account if I can't see it to which she couldn't answer. Ive had places say they'll add a credit and they dont. Over all wont be ordering from here again

I dont care if its your protocol to take the pizza back to the storeif we dont immediately answer the door. Dont do it wed check the tracker and get it even if youre gone. My wife waited an extra 40 mins to get her food after yall took it back and didnt even make it fresh it was very cold. Get your shit together.

Thus used to be a well run location. But not anymore. The store wasn't busy when I showed up at the time the app said my order would be ready. The worked told me it would be another 15-20 minutes after I arrived because they were short handed. I would have thought their staffing level would have been factored into the time estimate. So I waited the 15 minutes and they had a problem with the oven and had shut it down. Guess what, No pizza. They said my card would be refunded. But no real apology or even offer of a coupon or anything. Done with this location!

Ordered pizza and bread sticks. They had door dash deliver the food and the 2 delivery drivers definitely stole my pizza and ate some of my bread sticks. The only thing that got delivered was 4 bread sticks and the sauce container was open.

I ordered 2 pizzas and breadsticks through papa John’s website. The site switched it from papa John’s delivering to door dash, I have no door dash account. No problem though. We did get our order, I tipped well due to the weather. The order got here, in decent time. We got our pizzas but we didn’t get our breadsticks. I told the door dash guy, Nathan, really nice guy, he said he would tell them. I called to ask them what to do. I pressed 5 to speak to a manager. Lauren answered the phone. I asked about the breadsticks. She told me to wait while she went and looked. She put me on hold then hung up on me after about 2 minutes. I called back and asked again about my breadsticks. Lauren answered and I told her I was calling again about my breadsticks. She said that it was from door dash and I had to deal with them. Before I could ask how I was supposed to do that, again, never used door dash, she hung up on me. She was so angry and hateful. Most likely I will never visit this store again, I don’t recommend you use them either.
