The new owners have changed the recipe. It's just not near as good as it used to be. It's sad because it's the most convenient donut shop for me to stop at.

The staff is wonderful and very nice. My son loves the donuts and I enjoy their iced latte with a little bit of vanilla added.

Been a few times, wasn’t too impressed. Went in at 9AM and they were sold out. They close around noon right? I understand things can happen, but how exactly did someone not keep track of stock.

If you have “coffeehouse” anywhere in the name of your establishment, you probably shouldn’t turn the latte machine off 1 hour before you close. Disappointed as this was my first venture to a Westside coffee location. Will not be returning.

Used to be our favorite place to get donuts and breakfast sandwiches but new ownership isn't making good donuts and always out of stuff. Donuts not near as good as they were under old owners.

West Maple location...dry "bready" cake donut. Also "chewy" apple fritter. Not sure how they get good reviews.

Love this place. They have great donuts and breakfast burritos. Also the customer service has always been top notch.

Great donuts! Could have a better cup of coffee if it was brewed right there.

Was on the west side and decided to try the Paradise Donuts Maple St location after several years....First off, the dining area was very dirty. There was 3 staff behind the counter. One young lady was dedicated in folding boxes, and she was cranking them out...she was doing her job. The other two...let's just say the were chatting about current events while customers were an after thought. One young lady was gathering my order while the other was manning the microwave...even though nothing was in it. To say that two out of 3 staff were apathetic about their duties would be a massive understatement.Evidently the coffee machine continues to be broken from earlier posts. I paid over $5 for 2 large coffees that came out of a lever activated dispensing carafe. The were luke warm temperature and very bitter from having sat for far far too long. The apathetic twins evidently could not be bothered to brew fresh coffee....or the coffee was being brought in from elsewhere.. who knows..... -10/5The glazed donuts were middle of the road...slightly chewy but the glaze was so thin you had to look closely to see it. Same with the donut holes. Even my 7 year old said they were just ok....2/5The sausage rolls were interesting. The crust was extremely reminiscent of pizza dough crusts. No real flavor just chewy bread. The sausage was a generic cheese brat like thing that was slightly greasy after being warmed by the diligent microwave staff. Again, tasty but nothing spectacular. 3/5I tried the pinecone, and was told it had a cinnamony filling which lead me to believe it was filled with...something. It turned out to just be a doughy, undercooked cinnamon roll rolled up in a ball with cuts on the outside. The glaze was water thin. 1/5The old fashioned cake was perfect, 5/5.I remember the quality being far superior the last time I was there and there certainly wasn't crumbs on the floor nor trash on the tables...but that was several years ago.The 7 year old summed it up best"Daddy, next time let's go to Donut Palace..."

The last several times we've been here there wasn't any brewed coffee, and no apparent desire to brew more. This time there was just enough for a small, so I got the oldest remaining coffee in the store. Last time they offered to make (and charge for) an Americano."Coffeehouse" is literally in the name. There should be coffee or at least a willingness to brew more.

Best donuts in town and they're fast and they have a drive-thru
