The place was decent. Sub par service, not super clean for 730am on Sunday morning. The most disappointing part of the experience was nothing was labeled and we have tree nut allergies in our family. No menu posted. No item markers in the cases. It was a guessing game.

We like the food, but are extremely disappointed by the selection they have. As a South Korean chain, we feel like they are very lacking in the products that were standard when we visited multiple Paris Baguettes while in South Korea. Also, they very consistently don’t have seasonal products that they advertise they will. This is mostly prominent with their mochi donuts, which are one of my favorites. Went in several times hoping to grab a seasonal mochi donut they had advertised only for them to not have them. So this last time we called asking if they had the Easter mochi donuts, and they said they had not made them and were not planning to make them at all, even though they have advertised them on their facebook page and instagram. If you are not going to make a product, don’t promote it. That is false advertising and your extreme lack of products that a Paris Baguette (once again, a KOREAN chain) should have is constantly disappointing. ☹️

So much variety and tastes amazing! Taking one star off because the staff was less than friendly and were burdened by us even looking through the coffee menu. One girl behind the counter even rolled her eyes at us. But overall a very nice atmosphere and great pastries and coffee!

I ordered a custom Heart shaped cake for my birthday, after being on the phone yesterday and holding to make sure they can do it they called me back to confirm and said YES they could do it with simple black happy birthday lettering. YET when I picked up said cake is WASN'T at all what I wanted / asked for. The guy kinda just stood their and said if a baker was in he'd have them fix it but since they aren't he couldn't do anything about it. Which didn't help me at all in feeling upset. I was so upset I had to walk out to the car and cry while my husband finished paying for this cake I would've NEVER EVER gotten otherwise. It completely ruined my special day today, I'll never get another cake again.
Having just returned from Europe, I was excited to see Pars Baguette. It looks like any normal street bakery you would find in France or Germany. Nothing special just everyday type of stuff. The taste is a bit bland, but ok. The reason I rated them so low is the prices?I paid the equivalent of 6 usd a week or so ago for what I was charged 15.00 for here???Oh and served on PAPER PLATES? At their prices you would expect bone China but the least they could do it give you a real plate and a fork.The coffee is om but for so.e reason americans think Latte means coffee flavored milk. I have never had a decent Latte in the U.S. I for an extra shot which I didn't get.OK it might be cheaper than traveling to Paris but these prices are just abusive.Sorry PB but your just not worth the price.
