Paris Banh Mi Wichita East

The best place to enjoy a combination of tapioca drinks, Vietnamese sandwiches, and delicious cuisine.

I went and tried Paris Bahn Mi today for lunch and I went in with high hopes. I really like pho and was craving a Vietnamese coffee and this place is new. I went with my 2 teenage daughters who also wanted boba. At our usual place 3 bowls of pho and 3 special drinks would typically be like $55, so price was what I noticed first. $14 per bowl, and $7 per drink. So I thought hey, maybe it’s really good. After food plus the lowest tip recommendation on the screen of 18% (for them to just bring the food to the table) it came out to like $82.

A few minutes after we order and seat outselves the lady comes over and says “we just ran out of pho, would you like something else? Or we can just refund your money.” She then recommends their glass noodle dish and told me if I want that I’d “just have to pay the difference”. At this point my daughter said “let’s just go somewhere else”. So I said “we’ll just take our drinks”.

She then comes back a few minutes later and says “we do have pho, it’ll just be like 10 minutes if you want to wait for it.” Okay fine, I’ll wait. Finally get our drinks. They were delicious. Pho comes out….. and it is… fine. Noodles were a little mushy. But over all, it was fine.

Definitely should have just stuck to my usual spot. What a weird experience. Only reason I gave 3 stars was because the drinks were delicious.

Service decent not very communicative head down stone face service, which is ok in some cases.

I would still suggest try this place out as a variation on the Vietnamese banh mi.

I recently tried their combination banh mi sandwich and overall, it was a solid choice. The bread had a delightful crunch that added a nice texture to each bite. However, I did wish the meat slices were a bit thicker or that there was more meat for the price. Despite that, it was still a satisfying sandwich that I would recommend!

I really like the Banh mi, Bun Bo nd Hu tieu here, I think this is the best Bun Bo nd Hu tieu in wichita. The owner is very friendly nd attentive to customers🥰 Everything here is delicious to me I will come back many more times👍🏻

This place is A VIBE!!! In every way. The food is fantastic, the drinks even more so. Then top it off with the bakery to boot! So much fun. So fulfilling.

Super cute spot to get some great Vietnamese phở and banh mi! Clean and chic environment with great customer service and good food. My favorite drink is the artichoke tea!

The atmosphere was calm. When we went it was slow and most of their treats appeared to be sold out. The decor is too cute. The grilled pork banh mi is good. We thought the pastries we tried were okay. The manager or owner was very nice. The korean corn dogs are huge! I thought the tea was not that good, but may have just been the one selected. Still recommend.

I love eating at Paris Banh Mi! Their pho is so flavorful and they really know how to fill a bowl up. Their Banh Mi’s is generously packed with veggies and meat plus it’s loaded with flavor. There’s so many great options! If you’re looking for a great place to eat with excellent service, this is it!
