This place was amazing!! It has great good, great service! We drove into Wichita and stopped by for dinner. It was happy hour from 3-6 and got two good size margaritas for $10. The staff was wonderful and so friendly. We eat at 4:30/5pm and it was not busy. The chips and salsa was delicious. They gave us each out own bowls. The main dish was fantastic forgot to take pictures. I will come back again. The atmosphere was Pleasant as well not to loud and kid friendly as well!

My wife and I arrived around 5:30pm. It was quite busy at that time. We were greeted right away, and seated. Our server was ok. I think she was fairly new. She did treat us well though. My wife and I shared a plate of steak nachos. The plate arrived in decent time. It looked good, but it was one of the wimpiest plates of of nachos I have ever had. Quite a bit of money for not that much nachos. Thank goodness the yummy flavor made up for the lack of nachos and toppings. The chips and salsa were quite tasty. I would return to Jose Peppers, but I certainly would not order the nachos again.

Family went for birthday get together. We had a table in the center of the restaurant. The place was extremely noisy with nothing to buffer the noise. We found we were unable to hear each other. No way could someone hearing impaired enjoy the experience since no way to block out noise around table. The food was only so so. The Coconut Chicken Salad had chicken overcooked so could not even cut it. None of us were impressed with the food - except for the tortilla chips and an ice cream/cake dessert. The noise factor really upset the baby. The server was great! The manager worked with us regarding the quality of food. Not sure would try a second time - the food could be found at any similar restaurants.

I was handed plastic silverware instead of regular silverware and my server named Dylan had a very bad attitude. My food was good but it took 20min for him to bring my drink refill back and another 20 minutes for him to bring my desert. I will never eat here again.

Jose Peppers in near the Warren Theatre East. We originally stopped because we had a coupon but the food was so good that we regularly return now! For starters the chips salsa are the best I know. The salsa is made in house and has a touch of fresh cilantro which ramps up the flavor. While there is a diverse menu, there are 2 signature specials-POLLO MAGNIFICO which is a chicken burrito with jalapeño cream sauce and jack cheese and sides of rice and beans. Also BLACKENED CHICKEN a breast sliced on a poblano pepper and cheese sauce with sides of guacamole, pico, corn tortilla and cilantro rice. The service is fast and friendly and the portions are generous. There is a house special margarita. Please treat yourself to try it!!

Will I ever learn to check my order before I leave a restaurant?! Get home 30 minutes later & find oit they screwed it up. How hard can it be to read the ticket & follow the order?
Stopped here for lunch. Quick and friendly service. I had the lunch combo which comes with a shredded beef taco and your voice of enchilada along with rice and beans. The food was piping hot and tasty. Generous portion size as well.
