Peachwave Self-Serve Frozen Yogurt

It was really bad. I got two different flavors and both of them were completely plain and tasted like nothing. And I couldnt get a new one and they made me pay 40 dollars for some bad ice cream.

The main door said to go through Doc Greens so we did. There are a lot of great selections as well as toppings. When we got to the register it advised us to pay at Doc Greens so we did. It was a bit pricey but probably had to do with my own overfilling my cup. I don’t know if they can’t find staffing but the place is a nice place to grab some tasty frozen yogurt.

Love this serve yourself frozen yogurt place. You decide how much you want and what flavors. Then there is a large assortment of toppings. Last time I went they did not have hot fudge, but just warmed chocolate syrup. Very different flavors. PLEASE bring back hot fudge!!!

Half yogurt machines didn’t work. Yogurt came out soupy. Had to go to doc greens to pay. Door was locked. Seems like a fire hazard issue.

Used to absolutely love this place. I’m talking death row meal! But! Then they decided to change their hot fudge to regular chocolate sauce. When I found out and began pouring it on my froyo… I was nearly in tears. Unfortunately, I’m not even joking. Love this place and will continue to come, but please God change it back to authentic fudge.

Went 45 minutes after opening, doors locked, no employees present yet. Seems like others have had a similar experience. Crazy.

Kind of chaotic with all the choices. You can easily exceed the amount you were hoping to pay for a frozen dessert.

I wish i could give this place a 0 honestly. I went 30 minutes after they opened and as i was walking in an employee ran through the door after me to just now start turning the machines on, then after finally getting my things i waited at the register for 15 minutes and still nobody came to check me out. i left everything on the counter by the register and walked out. very unprofessional and ridiculous.

Drove half an hour to find that the store was not open during the hours posted online and on the door.

First encounter with the business. Overall an interesting concept! All of the varieties of frozen items were very good and a huge amount of available toppings. Will return when possible!
