I usually love this place, but the last handful of times I tried to pop in around lunch time the machines weren't properly turned on for the day and everything was just liquid. Super disappointing when I think I'm going to get a little treat and then can't get anything.

I went Peachwave for the first time and it was so amazing. The way this amazing young lady handled everything was amazing. I truly felt comfortable. The frozen yogurt was immaculate and had the best flavoring. 10/10 recommended and going again.

This frozen yogurt shop is a perfect spot for a date or quick snack. My girlfriend and I love it every time we come here. The shop switches up their flavors and the machines are very user friendly. After you've whipped up your bowl, you'll head to the toppings bar which you have full control of how many sour patch or Reese's pieces you'd like. You've at least got to try a place like this because it's hard not to like sweet and rich frozen yogurt!

I am not sure why their review rating is lower. I thought it was clean and had a great selection of yogurt. I would definitely recommend it. It is pricey, but so is every other FroYo place, so that is nothing new.

My husband and I both had an unpleasant experience just rn. We came in to get frozen yogurt. We were eating and my husband saw a black thing on his frozen yogurt. He pulled it out of his cup and it was a fly. We both threw away our cups because we were immediately disgusted. My husband told the gentlemen working and all we asked was for a refund. He said yes the manager on duty said she could only give us a refund on one cup because the fly was only on my husband’s frozen yogurt. Even though we both got the same exact thing. That is ridiculous and definitely isn’t good customer service. 0/10 wouldn’t recommend.

We go here all the time. It’s so good. There is limited flavors but I’ve tried many and they’ve all been so good. Expect to spend about $10 per cup/person. The employees are always so nice and super friendly.

Place is a complete joke. The entire staff needs to be fired as they clearly do not understand their role in the customer service industry. If someone asks you to assist them at your place of employment... it is your job to assist them. Yet to not see a lazy employee here. You ask if they have more toppings, they ask is it empty? I mean common sense would say yes it is empty which is why we are asking. Do your job or quit.

Was really disappointed to find out the store did not sell in-person gift cards. Fine. So I go back home to purchase one online and the website won't even function properly enough to allow for a digital gift card purchase. Big fail, Peachwave.

Fro-yo which can be customized with so many different types of toppings is prolly heaven for kids who love it. And the few times I've been here I've always seen kids running to the place in excitement. They have enough flavors where you can go with single flavors or mix both flavors together as well if you want to. Another good thing about it is that you're paying for the weight. So if you wanna limit paying a certain amount you can just take a certain amount to the cup without completely filling it.
