We came here for some apps and drinks to celebrate our birthdays. The Rising Dragon Margarita and Shrimp Dumplings were delicious! Special thanks to the bartenders, Sam and Jody, who really made it a memorable experience for both of us.

Young waitress tonight with glasses and pigtails. You need to work on your waitress etiquette. May have been the worst service we have ever experienced. You managed to do everything to ruin someone dinner experience. Sarcastically brought fortune cookies to our table after she forgot and dropped them down, Rushing for our food order, then rushing for the check, answered our questions with a vague response, asked a question about a alcohol beverage and she responded “if it’s on there, then yea” didn’t check on us, kept checking your Apple Watch, her overall mannerism was like we were keeping her from being somewhere else. Not to mention it was our first time eating there and after we expressed that to her, she completely ignored that statement and did not offer any recommendations. Horrible horrible! Will not be back.

Absolutely the nicest P.F. Chang's I've ever been to! Jody was so kind and took such good care of our large group. Thank you, Jody! My salmon was cooked wonderfully. I sent it back to have it cooked longer...they cooked another and made sure I was happy. I believe it was the manager that came personally to our table. I mean, to have them care so much about my meal was so appreciated. Customer service is definitely top notch!

The place was absolutely packed, our waiter was overwhelmed but the manager jumped right in and handled everything like a professional. Once the waiter caught up, he was awesome. Food was amazing as always. Definitely be back!
I placed a pick up order online, ALL the food was HORRIBLE it was cold, super plain no taste or seasoning! Messed up on 3 out of my 4 entrees, and the only reason I got on here to leave a review is because when I called the manager was rushing me on the phone to where he wouldn’t even allow me to finish then hurried up and said I will refund two of the meals first of all I didn’t want a refund I wanted my food honestly replaced THEN he was so eager to rush me off the phone he didn’t even know about the THIRD entree that they messed up on! I will NEVER come back! And to think I tipped them $11 just for them to do that then for a MANAGER to treat me like that! $90 wasted at such a horrible restaurant with horrible food!!! Don’t go there TRUST ME!!! Look at the picture of ONE of the messed up entrees can somebody please explain to me why does this spicy chicken look like this?

The food was completely terrible and tasted like dog food. The "Chang Spicy Chicken" didn't have any spice at all. Crab Wontons we're terrible tasting, egg drop soup smelled like feet. My kids meal had no flavor at all. Broccoli was bland as hell no seasoning, chicken was bland no seasoning. Gross as ever. If I could give a zero star I would. The best tasting thing in my possession was my strawberry lemonade. We won't go back!

Never ate at P.F. Chang's before and was kind of disapointed. Food was not worth what we paid for it. Maybe at half that price it would have been ok? Wife got sick right after eating her food as well. Probably won't be back.

We chose PF Chang’s for my husbands birthday dinner. Jody was our server and was fabulous the entire night! She was friendly and easy to interact with, prompt with what we ordered and attentive to refills. She was accommodating to our baby who was with us and so kind and thoughtful. They accommodated our request to sit on the patio since it was such a beautiful night! Jody brought a firecracker and bubbles to the table with my husband’s complimentary birthday dessert and made it a special celebration for us all! We had such a lovely experience and appreciate Jody’s superior service! We will request her again in the future!
Kid-friendliness: They were so kind and accommodating to our baby who was with us! Jody interacted with the baby and was so thoughtful with the bubbles!

Came in for my boyfriend’s birthday and was amazed at our food and mostly, the service we received. Our server, Jodie went ABOVE AND BEYOND to make our night special. Complimentary desert, a hand-written birthday card and she even put the cake we brought in in the fridge for us to eat after dinner. She was AMAZING! Please ask for her if you ever stop by!
