They have good decent foods. The price are a bit higher compared to other pho restaurants. There was no heat when we were there while it was 25 degree outside. Everyone was wearing coats inside. They have friendly staffs.
I'd give it 10 stars! The best pho in town & the flavor of broth never changes! Clean tables, silverware, & dishes! Delicious pho & crab rangoons! Speedy, nice customer service!

Food is amazing BUT bad customer service. I called in for a to go order, I didn't hear the lady clearly about my to go order I asked if she heard my request she immediately screamed over the phone "I already told you" and hung up. She has poor customer service. I've had similar encounters with her in person when checking out! She's just super rude for absolutely no reason.
