Piatto Neapolitan Pizzeria

Piatto is an amazing pizza joint that does pizza in a wood-burning oven. Their selection of clearly-marked vegan items is lengthy and includes both classics like (vegan) Margherita pizza and more interesting pizzas like the Francesca with pistachios. The Pizza was cold and tasted bland.

Fast delivery. Excellent crust! Not your usual fare. Really nicely done. A first rate pizza house with wood fired pizza. The arugula salad with balsamic dressing was also very good.

The staff were so lovely and the pizza was AMAZING. If you’re looking for a quiet atmosphere, soft crust, and quick service from an elevated restaurant, this is the place to go. And don’t worry about awkward conversation while sitting at the bar - those lovely pizza makers will leave you be. They make damn good pizzas. Love you guys!!!! Absolutely coming back every single night. Oh, and The Mules are great.

I’m a Neopolitan pizza fanatic…recently got back from Rome where we enjoyed the OG da Michele. I also love our Punch Pizza in MN…but this was a dang fine pizza! I do wish the crust was a little more done. But that’s my personal preference. The prosciutto and toppings were fresh and delicious! Thank you!

Just sit me in a corner with the vegan holy kale pizza and I’ll be happy for life! Wow. It’s sooo good. I normally prefer marinara on my pizza. But, this pizza had such a savory, creamy cheese with crispy kale, roasted garlic, satisfying bites of potato, all on the perfect, thin crust… wow.

Truly great. Thoughtfully considered pizza made with always delicious ingredients and fantastic service from a friendly and professional staff.

Love the pizza (best Crust in Kansas!) and service. Classic Margherita is our favorite. Per owner, if you wish to have fresh mozzarella on your Margherita instead of shredded (still a very high quality product), just ask. We look forward to returning soon! Thanks, Robert and team Piatto!

Absolutely amazing food and atmosphere. I’ve eaten a lot of pizzas and this was one of the best. Definitely worth the travel to come here!
