Piatto is an amazing pizza joint that does pizza in a wood-burning oven. Their selection of clearly-marked vegan items is lengthy and includes both classics like (vegan) Margherita pizza and more interesting pizzas like the Francesca with pistachios. The crust is gorgeous and highlights the sauce. The employees are knowledgeable and kind. Great little gem in Wichita! Updated from previous review on 2025-07-04

Fast delivery. Excellent crust! Not your usual fare. Really nicely done. A first rate pizza house with wood fired pizza. The arugula salad with balsamic dressing was also very good.

The staff were so lovely and the pizza was AMAZING. If you’re looking for a quiet atmosphere, soft crust, and quick service from an elevated restaurant, this is the place to go. And don’t worry about awkward conversation while sitting at the bar - those lovely pizza makers will leave you be. They make damn good pizzas. Love you guys!!!! Absolutely coming back every single night. Oh, and The Mules are great.
