Both the brisket and pork were cook perfectly. No sauce needed. Very impressed. The slaw was the creamy style I like with a hint of vinegar. The beans were good too, but the actual beans were the larger variety. I like the smaller white bean style. Was hoping for a bit more meat in it. But overall, excellent flavor and experience. Next time I’m in town for business, I’d come back to try more.

Nice local bbq joint. Tried the turkey, brisket and hot links. All were good. Also tried the beans and mac and cheese. Definitely couldn't get enough of either.

My husband and I went for lunch when we walked up to the counter the lady working the register never even acknowledged us because she was busy paying attentionto her phone then as I started our order she was sending a boice message on her phone. The other lady (who i am assuming is the manager) had to tell her we were ready. When i was able to place our order we got the three meat dinner. We chose the pulled pork, turkey, and hot links with coleslaw and green beans. The pulled pork was lacked any flavor at all, coleslaw was mediocre. The best items were the very well seasoned green beans with onion & meat pieces in them & the smoked turkey was juicy & loved the flavor. Owner Derek responded with the best professional reply so I did contact him as requested & we had a talk. I am from Omaha,NE & was visiting for the weekend but will be back in Wichita in three weeks at which time I will revisit and give them another try. Everyone deserves a 2nd chance & no one is perfect 100% of the time.
Dad+2. Stopped in here for lunch today and the food was as amazing as it has been since I started eating here in high school. Today I had the "2-Meat" meal with brisket and pulled pork. Mac n cheese and green beans for the sides. Service at the counter was patient while the kids ordered and the food was ready in less than 5 minutes. Best BBQ in the city.

Sooo good. Everything I ate was great. The brisket was insanely tender. It just fell apart. 2 people ate for under $30 and left feeling completely stuffed.
