Both the brisket and pork were cook perfectly. No sauce needed. Very impressed. The slaw was the creamy style I like with a hint of vinegar. The beans were good too, but the actual beans were the larger variety. I like the smaller white bean style. Was hoping for a bit more meat in it. But overall, excellent flavor and experience. Next time I’m in town for business, I’d come back to try more.
Was looking for help catering Thanksgiving dinner for a special needs group as we were going to be out of town. PIPO not only did a fantastic job but wouldn’t let us pay for it. We will be eternally paying this forward! Thank You and God bless your business!
My husband and I went for lunch when we walked up to the counter the lady working the register never even acknowledged us because she was busy paying attentionto her phone then as I started our order she was sending a boice message on her phone. The other lady (who i am assuming is the manager) had to tell her we were ready.
When i was able to place our order we got the three meat dinner. We chose the pulled pork, turkey, and hot links with coleslaw and green beans....
