Dear Pizza Hut… it’s deceiving when your customers do not know the prices on your menu. You expect your customer to flip out there phone and “scan the code”… older people do not have smart phones, they have flip phones.. get real!!! Bring back the prices on your menus so we know what we are buying. Even your waitresses don’t know the prices. Ridiculous!!!
The pizza we got had to be a sick joke. it was burned, and you could literally see through it in places. the icing on the cake was the night manager, if you could call her that. She said she made it herself and when I said well if you think that up to the standard of food someone would eat she freaked out and yelled at me to say I could drive it back and get a new one. well I ordered and paid for delivery....so um nope. she then hung up. when my husband called back, she screamed...read full review
I usually love everything we order, but today I paid about $3 for a handful of fries and that was a bummer....
