I just paid $20 for a large pizza and I am too hungry not to have choked down 2 small slices. It is unbelievably dry, even though I asked for extra sauce. I don't feel like calling and complaining, but I will not order from here again. The delivery driver was nice

We came with humgry children after the museum. We were waiting 15 minutes to persone at the counter to know that food is cooking more than 40 minutes . Very disappointed.

Worst Pizza Hut I’ve ever been to. Staff is unbelievably rude to customers, the evening/night manager is currently in the back screaming at a coworker and throwing pizza pans all over the place. When I walked in to pick up my food, she screamed “What do you want?”. Every time I come here I’m always waiting over 20 min for my food regardless of the time of day or night. The food is fine, but the staff needs to be trained on how to have good customer service.

Really really really bad customer service. Here’s the thing. You call the local number and you get the call center. Our delivery took over an hour and so when we called to get more information on why it’s taking so long, the call center apologized and said it should have been there 30 and to call the place directly but when you do….it takes you to a call center. Finally we got on the phone with someone not at the call center, at the location, and explaining the situation she hung up on us. Not sure if it was a manager or not but seriously?! It’s not like we were cussing on the phone or yelling. I’ve worked for call centers before and I’ve been yelled at over the phone so I would never, I was just surprised that happened. So our services will go elsewhere, because this keeps happening!!! Either bad service or they ran out of ingredients to make a large pizza…COME ON!

Me and my wife ordered the family meal with two pastas and the pasta came like soup. We took picture and reported to pizza hut and got 16 dollars credit. We called and used the credit and ordered the same thing. They sent only one pasta and cheese sticks. When we called the manager on duty said it's not his fault and would only do credit for the remaining balance. He would not direct me to anyone above him to speak with. Was rude. Customer service zero. Won't even give his name to report to customer service.

No public bathroom for dashers and company chooses to give dashers the lowest paying orders. They also look at every dasher as if they will steal. I'm not public if I'm here nearly everyday delivering the orders your team doesn't want to deliver Okay you know you have customers up front, I'm sorry your 450lb employees can't seem to do their jobs but that means fire them and find some that will

I've order food from here the last 2x for delivery and the first order I put a large pizza with pineapple, black olives, and pepperoni. I recived only pepperoni. Called the store they refused to refund and said the emailed a 10 off the next order which I never recieved. The second order I got a pepperoni melt and brownie. I've tried calling the 3x with no awnser. The food tasted nasty, greedy, and they where both really overcooked. The brownie wouldn't come out of the pain I had to throw away 3/4th. It was so gross. Im very disappointed because I was a manage at Pizza Hut in Newton. We did not have these problems no matter how busy it got. Over a year of no issues until my last two orders.

Waiting an hour for a personal pan pizza after being promised 15 minutes to only end up not even being fresh is insane
I had a terrible experience with this Pizza Hut. On two consecutive days, they failed to deliver my pizza orders. When I called to complain about the poor service, they refused to provide any meaningful customer service and wouldn't even give me a refund. They even threatened me with police action if I kept calling in. I strongly advise against ordering from them because if they füçk up your order, they won't own up to it and you can kiss your money goodbye.

I tried to place an order online and it wouldn’t go through so I headed up to the store (the closest one to my house sucks!!!!! central and west st). Kelli was such a sweetheart and did more than she needed too. The pizzas were amazing per usual. I will go out of my way to come to this location! Thank you guys so much!!

Restaurant absolutely disgusting floors look like they have never been vacuumed or mopped tables were filthy bathrooms were disgusting honestly I felt after me and my family left there I felt like I needed to go get a tetanus shot service was horrible we ordered four personal pan pizzas waited in that restaurant for over an hour they bring three out forgot to make the fourth one did not even offer to give us a discount very poor management not trying to be a negative Nelson I never do these reviews but that Pizza Hut is disgusting.?

I placed an online order on 6/16/2024. I arrived around 9pm to only walk out with disgust and disappointment. No one came out to help me for the 10 minutes I was standing there. The phone was ringing non stop. I look in the kitchen to find one person being helped to stand as she was slumped over and one other person pacing around the kitchen not doing work. As I left, I saw an employee outside by their side door sitting on the curb also slumped over. I tried calling the non emergency number for the area but they were not able to answer. I hope no food was sent out during the employees shifts as it raised a major health concern.
