Been a customer of this location a long time but no more. The guy working tonight is the rudest laziest employee ever. Doesn’t honor orders that were confirmed and cancels them without telling you. Should have made the pizza now I will go elsewhere for my pizza in the future.

Walked into the lobby and no one greets me for at least 5 minutes. I am greeted and given my pizza. When I get home the half that is supposed to have green peppers has Green peppers just tossed carelessly on it. It was clear they were added after the baking process, and that they were forgotten. When I called to complain, there was no offer to remake our pizza only a five dollar credit was offered. Very poor pizza and very poor service. We order from this location several times a month so that’s very disappointing and we will probably be no longer ordering from this location ever again!

All I can say is WOW! This restaurant folded a piece of salami on bread and called it a sandwich! What a joke. Take a look at the picture. This was supposed to be ham. So bad!

Ordered a Tavern Style pizza and went we got home the pizza was cold, crust and "carmelized onions" were soggy.
Just got my order delivered and didn’t get my 2liter of Dr. Pepper. Super disappointing. Tried calling and couldn’t get anyone at the store it just rings forever then starts beeping. Can’t even stop the driver while they’re close because you can’t get anyone on the phone. Guess I won’t be getting the 2liter I paid for. I want my money back for the 2liter and the delivery I should have picked up. Next time l I’ll be going somewhere else.

Had a sandwich and lettuce wasn't fresh, they cut up cherry tomatoes, instead of regular tomatoes and used them on my sandwich, and pickle spears weren't chilled, they were room temperature.

It's my own fault. I don't learn my lesson and continue to occasionally give Pizza Hut another shot. I used to love PH, but it went from consistently good to inconsistent to consistently bad over the last several years.The new melts are greasy and tasteless. They continually undercook pizza and seemingly can't cut slices. My pizza was definitely pulled out of the oven conveyor early and was not properly cut. Makes for another bad pizza. I'll just stick with Dominoes. They stepped it up and are way better now than PH.
