My order is normally late from this location, but my order was even later than normal this time and when I called the store, the manager said that there was an issue with their driver and that I would have to wait another 15 to 30 minutes.

Took 2 hours for pizza to be delivered with no communication from the store. Tried calling several times to have no one answer the phone. They use door dash for delivery and the driver wouldn't answer a call either. Over all disappointing.
Ordered a carry out pizza. The person working the registered modified the tip value to above 50% of the order.

They’ve been on point almost every time I’ve ordered pizza from here! There have been a few times where they took longer than expected but most of the time they’ve been in line with the time frame they give you in the app of when the order will be ready.
We recently moved to a new area, we typically try to go with local restaurants over chains but none deliver here so we gave the Hut a try. It was GREAT! The pizza was delicious, it was piping hot, order was perfect, and the delivery driver was outstanding! He reminded me of the guy in the story who took pride in being a taxi driver and made an effort to provide excellent customer service...you should Google it if you don't know it. This delivery driver was nice, professional, and actually made me happy that we live in his delivery area! We will definitely be ordering from the Hut again! Great job team...keep up the delicious work!

I ordered a "reward" pizza here from their loyalty program. They got it wrong. I called them up and was told I was wrong and they had gotten the pizza correct. When I raised my voice, they promptly hung up on me. Okay, now I'm stressed. I go in and show them the receipt and the pizza and prove that what I said was true. The manager says he allows employees to hang up if customers become belligerent. I explain I was courteous until I was actively told I was wrong when I knew what I was saying was correct. He said he would remake the pizza. I come back, the new pizza is correct, the manager tells me he made it himself to make sure. I shake his hand, thank him, and continue on with my day. I did not eat that night because these interactions created too much stress. But I appreciate that the manager tried to make it right in the end and I am leaving this 5-star rating as a way of thanking him for that.

Don't bother calling the store, you will get a remote call center who will eventually send you to the store...they won't answer the phone so we never did get our order straight (ordered 24 wings and got 16), the most frustrating part is how many times we tried to go through the process of getting the actual store. The original priblem was the app decided to send our order to Keichi??? Was able to get a refund but we lost the reward points my wife used and then the corrrect store screwing up the order, definitely will not be going to Pizza hut anymore.
