I ordered a "reward" pizza here from their loyalty program. They got it wrong. I called them up and was told I was wrong and they had gotten the pizza correct. When I raised my voice, they promptly hung up on me. Okay, now I'm stressed. I go in and show them the receipt and the pizza and prove that what I said was true. The manager says he allows employees to hang up if customers become belligerent. I explain I was courteous until I was actively told I was wrong when I knew what I was saying was correct. He said he would remake the pizza. I come back, the new pizza is correct, the manager tells me he made it himself to make sure. I shake his hand, thank him, and continue on with my day. I did not eat that night because these interactions created too much stress. But I appreciate that the manager tried to make it right in the end and I am leaving this 5-star rating as a way of thanking him for that.

Don't bother calling the store, you will get a remote call center who will eventually send you to the store...they won't answer the phone so we never did get our order straight (ordered 24 wings and got 16), the most frustrating part is how many times we tried to go through the process of getting the actual store. The original priblem was the app decided to send our order to Keichi??? Was able to get a refund but we lost the reward points my wife used and then the corrrect store screwing up the order, definitely will not be going to Pizza hut anymore.

Avoid this location. I sat and waited for my order as I had arrived early. It was very dirty in the waiting area. One of the employees was eating a bag of chips where they prepare the food and licking his fingers, then proceeded to cut pizza without washing his hands and assuming ate a piece of topping off the slicer that stuck to it then cut another pizza. Another guy kept digging in his ear. They argued about if the female employee had put extra cheese on a pizza or not. Let's just say I saw a lot of things I didn't want to see that was gross that the employees were doing. Never will I go to this location again nor have pizza for quite a while. Gave my order away just couldn't convince myself to eat it after all that.

Ordered online got here earlyWhile waiting on the pizza, we watched one employee sit in back where the pizza comes out of oven eating pizza came out and he goes right over to the pizza to get it never washing his hands after eating chips I believe what he was eating then he picks something up and eats it while he's in middle of cutting the pizza so gross. Other employees come in where the online orders come in, and he was standing there trying to pull hair out of his ear, or he was digging in his ear, never washed his hands other guy boxed pizza upbut decided to carry it to the other room with top up to argue with the girl hat prepared the that it dosent have extra cheese she said it did. Then, the same guy was sitting and waiting for another order to be done. He decided to play with his hat once pizza came out he was goofing off, so it sat there for a while before he went to get it out of the oven and cut it once again, not washing his hands. The doors & the cooler doors we're so nasty as well as the floor. I will never return to this pizza hut again. DON'T ORDERED HERE YOU ARE TAKING A CHANCE OF PROBABLY GETTING FOOD POISONING OR FIND SOMETHING IN YOUR FOOD THAT YOU DON'T WANT TO.

Your drivers are on their phones on the road. We nearly got hit by one when he was pulling out bc he did not look up once from his phone. Phone usage during driving should be deducted from paycheck or locked up. He could have gotten hurt or received a lawsuit for wrecking our new
