I will never again order from this Pizza Hut EVER again, I only ordered with my points for some bread sticks when I picked them up they was dry hard and had no seasoning on them, so my husband called up there and the lady that was in the background said because the bread sticks sat in the warmer longer than 7 minutes that she wasn’t going to do anything about it had an attitude was really rude and didn’t care about what the problem was and she refused to give us her name and very unprofessional so we asked to speak to the manager and they put us on hold for at least 2 1/2 minutes before some guy came on saying he is the GM but also didn’t give my husband his name he also treated us like we was wasting his time and said the same thing because we picked them up and they sat in the warmer for more than 7 minutes that was basically what we get he was rude also and didn’t care to listen to us either. I can’t believe how we was treated over some bread sticks we’ve learned our lesson and will never go back to this one ever again!!

The restaurant is filthy. Looks like they haven't wiped the doors, counters, walls or equipment down in years. Also, the floor was sticky.I ordered thin and crispy and they made original crust. My naked Boneless wings had pepper seasoning on it. The garlic parmesean wings didn't have enough sauce. All in all the experience was bad. It has been bad for over a year and I keep ordering (once every few months) hoping it will be better but it just gets worse. I tried to call several times to let them know about their mistake but they pickup and hangup the phone. Not professional. I have contacted corporate, customer service, and filled out the survey. This place just needs to be shut down. Dominios and little ceasers is better! Save your money and don't go here!

I placed an order for cinnamon sticks and Cinnabon signature cream cheese frosting, but instead I was given icing. I called after placing my order to confirm whether they had any cream cheese frosting or if I’d be getting icing instead, but they hung up on me before I even got to talk to someone. Then I called again after they delivered and it turned out to be icing instead of cream cheese frosting, but they hung up before I could talk to anybody again. I reported the issue, it’s been three days and they still haven’t gotten back to me. Not the first time they got my order wrong, but it’s the last time I’m tolerating it.
