I submitted an order online, directly from this location and not thru DoorDash or Uber Eats, an entire hour prior to closing and was updated via the tracker that they were working on the order, that it was now in the oven and even received an ETA down to the minute. I waited 20 min past that ETA before calling the restaurant just to be told that they had closed and apparently that tracker updates itself ON ITS OWN, pizza NEVER went in the oven. To cancel my order an ENTIRE HOUR prior to closing is utterly ridiculous. No courtesy call nothing just "All I can do for you is give you a credit" meanwhile everything else closed while I waited.

There is something about the way they make their pizzas at this location! So delicious! The service here is friendly as well.

I ordered some pizza yesterday 03/12/21 and I understand it was just a regular stuffed 3 topping pizza with free nuggets "boneless wings" and I kid you not I was outside as soon as it said it was out for delivery because my in laws were asleep and didn't wanna wake them with the bell ringing. 20 min go by NOTHING.. I think about calling them I hang up and a couple min later a guy calls me and tells my they're out of drpeper. Like sir I didn't order it I continue to tell him that and that I've been waiting for my order. I swear on baby Jesus they're 6 min tops away from my house and it took almost a whole hour for them to bring me my food after it said it was out for delivery. I recommend to not order at night time because WHAT THE HELL!!

the one in Park City KS this morning I sat there for almost 20 minutes before they decided to tell me the buffet is not going to be up till noon or later they where to busy I think they could have told me when I came in that was very rude

Aside from the food, it's too hot to really enjoy dining in. I'd like to stay and eat but the restaurant feels like a boiler room and especially with how hot the summers are. I'd rate it 5/5 stars if it wasn't for the unbearably hot lobby but, again, food is great!

My child got a coupon (reward from school) issued by Pizza Hut but this store refuse to honor it. He said it is Pizza Hut, not Pizza Hut Express.
