We ordered 2 pizzas, and they were both VERY dry, with no sauce it looked like. Looked underneath the cheese and toppings and it was just bread. Not the first time for this location. The breadsticks were good, that was it.

I've been ordering from pizza hut for years (almost 40) for just me. I'm done now. Their minimum price for delivery has gone up so much I have to order more than I want to qualify. Delivery takes more than an hour (8 minutes to bake) because they're using Door Dash, who's drivers are in no particular hurry to pick up orders or get to the clients location. Usually my pizza arrives cold. If something is wrong with my order, I have to go deal with it personally because the delivery service is under no obligation to deal with it. The delivery fee has gone up and the driver gets none of it, so we are expected to tip on top of everything else.
Pizza Hut, you've priced yourself of another long-time customer.

Watch your transaction history folks. I paid with Cashapp and everyone knows if you add a tip with Cashapp it will take about 2 days to update the transaction amount. The man at the drive-up window added an additional $2 to my tip. It's about the dishonesty, not the amout. Be better Pizza Hut.

Got pasta bakes, which on the menu says it comes with 5 breadsticks each. When I get pasta, there are no bread sticks. So I go back into the store. Stand there for 2 to 3 minutes before even being acknowledged, then this little snot nose girl says, "Well you didn't order them" I asked why would I order them when it plainly says on the menu that they come with them? She continues to be a little snot then says so do you want an order of breadsticks? Well yeah, since that's what I ordered. The whole time my past is sitting in the car getting cold. Got it home to eat, it was still a little warm but it was so dry and overcooked, the best part was them darn breadsticks I had to fight to get. This is the third time I've had a bad experience at this store. Very disappointed.

I love this place when I came in I loved it this place was clean and the workers were amazing and the food was perfect the pizza was so delicious and filled me up quick if you ever think about coming here I recommend it

You need to remember (Frank Carney would agree) that the "Customer is always right, even when they are wrong". We are what makes or breaks you.
