I will never go back to another Pizza Hut. They used to be a really great place to get pizza. Today, it’s complete trash. You are paying top dollar for flower/bread & no flavor. Stay away from the chicken Alfredo. That used to be the best around growing up, now it’s just filler to make you think you’re getting food, it’s fake food. Hardly any cheese & next to no chicken. Pizza is literally nothing but bread & a dash of sauce & toppings. Stay local, there are several places in town that taste way better, not just there for filler & for a better price. Sad Pizza Hut started in KS & this is what it’s turn into, trash. Unfortunately will never go back again.

Jeez I tried giving this location a chance... West st not as great but way better than here and it's a bit closer to me .... I order 2 3 times a month almost and they never complete my order and I always have to wait longer than normal.... The driver I just had now literally 6 min ago had a bad shitty attitude and I tipped him 3 bucks and some change off a wings and a pizza order that's it nothing more....... I'll prob just give up hope here the drive thru ain't any better there's one girl there she was sweet and did a good job but I think management is off or just doesn't care anymore

This Pizza Hut used to be good years ago but it is bad now. When they screw up they give you credit to use next order, but when you go to use the credit it doesn't exist. The quality is hit or miss. I've ordered twice in the last three months and they messed up something both times.

I am the delivery driver of the ORANGE JEEP RENEGADE. My name is Rachel, Jennifer. Your recollections of events is not correct and you should be ashamed of yourself trying to get me fired by lying. I was not barreling through the parking lot as you say I was driving through the parking lot (I was driving at a speed of maybe 5-10 miles) where I came across you in whom proceeded to come out in front of me even though I had the right a way. I stopped in front of you staring in disbelief of how you were acting even though I had the right a way. You were shouting profanities at me (I am a Apostolic Pentecostal Child of God I do not use profanities as you say I did) and giving me the finger, then you chose to get out of your car to beat me up. The whole altercation is on video camera. I did file a police report on this. I have a very clean driving record. My insurance company keeps track of my speed. You should be ashamed of yourself for lying and trying to get me fired or suspended as a driver. Shame on you. God be with you.

I had one of their employees try to fight me in the parking lot, by Goodwill on North Amidon. I was leaving the parking lot, and there was a truck parked diagnoly in the first parking area, and I couldn't see around it. I was cautiously edging forward to try to see around him, when a Pizza Delivery driver in an ORANGE JEEP RENEGADE, came flying through the parking lot, we nearly collided, but I saw her, and was able to stop. She then parks in front of me, blocking me in, and proceeded to keep me sitting there for five minutes, all while yelling profanities at me, and trying to fight me. That's when I noticed the Pizza Hut sign on the top of her vehicle. I pointed out the sign, and then grabbed my phone, that's when she finally moved, so I could get out. I drove to Pizza Hut, and called to talk to the shift manager. She assured me that this employee would be talked to and dealt with. Well, imagine my surprise when driving by that Pizza Hut, and seeing her jeep parked in front, with the sign on top of her vehicle, THE VERY NEXT DAY. How have they dealt with her, if she's still allowed to drive around with their advertisement on top of her car? This behavior is unacceptable, and she shouldn't be allowed to continue delivering pizzas for them. If she did this to me, she probably does it to a lot of people. She needs to be fired, or at the very least, NEVER allowed to deliver to anyone! She sets a terrible example, and should not be representing the company.
